【摘要】：在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)間競爭日趨激烈的今天,質(zhì)量對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)的重要性日益明顯,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高低是企業(yè)有沒有核心競爭力的體現(xiàn)之一,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是保證企業(yè)占有市場,從而能夠持續(xù)經(jīng)營的重要手段,一個(gè)企業(yè)想做大做強(qiáng),就必須在增強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新能力的基礎(chǔ)上,努力提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平。同樣產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量還關(guān)乎消費(fèi)者的人身財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,質(zhì)量好的產(chǎn)品能為社會(huì)節(jié)省很多的資源,質(zhì)量低劣的產(chǎn)品會(huì)給社會(huì)帶來災(zāi)難性的后果,因此對(duì)質(zhì)檢實(shí)驗(yàn)室的檢測能力、檢測質(zhì)量、檢測效率提出了很高的要求。隨著我們進(jìn)入WTO之后,國外大型的檢測機(jī)構(gòu)、認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)蜂擁而至,與國內(nèi)檢測機(jī)構(gòu)質(zhì)檢的競爭越發(fā)激烈。相比國外實(shí)驗(yàn)室成熟的檢測體系,優(yōu)良的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,我國實(shí)驗(yàn)室的整體水平還處于比較薄弱的階段,實(shí)驗(yàn)室的數(shù)量在不斷的增加,但其檢測水平還有很大的提升空間,國內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)室迫切需要按照國際統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立自己的質(zhì)量管理體系,提高實(shí)驗(yàn)室的檢測水平與服務(wù)水平,為廣大客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的檢測服務(wù)。 非金屬材料的試驗(yàn)檢測樣品是具有廣泛生活應(yīng)用實(shí)際投入使用的代表。直接影響人們的起居生活。材料試驗(yàn)樣品的代表性、有效性、完整性、規(guī)范性,直接影響檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性、合法性,因此,對(duì)樣品的采集、接收、流轉(zhuǎn)、貯存、處置以及識(shí)別、安全保密等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),必須實(shí)施管理監(jiān)控和有效的管理。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, the importance of quality to an enterprise is becoming more and more obvious. The level of product quality is one of the embodiment of whether an enterprise has core competitiveness. To improve the product quality is an important means to ensure the enterprise to occupy the market and to be able to operate continuously. If an enterprise wants to be bigger and stronger, it must improve the product quality and service level on the basis of enhancing the innovation ability. In the same way, the quality of the product is also related to the safety of the consumer's life and property. Good quality products can save a lot of resources for the society, and poor quality products will bring disastrous consequences to the society. Therefore, the testing ability of the quality inspection laboratory, High quality and efficiency are required. With our entry into WTO, foreign large inspection organizations and certification organizations flock to China, and the competition with domestic inspection organizations is becoming more and more fierce. Compared with the mature testing system and excellent service quality of foreign laboratories, the overall level of laboratories in our country is still in a relatively weak stage. The number of laboratories is constantly increasing, but there is still a lot of room for improvement in the level of testing. It is urgent for domestic laboratories to establish their own quality management system in accordance with international uniform standards, to improve the testing level and service level of the laboratories, and to provide high quality testing services for the vast number of customers. The test samples of non-metallic materials are representative of practical application. Directly affect people's daily life. The representativeness, validity, completeness, standardization of the material test samples directly affect the accuracy and legitimacy of the test results. Therefore, the collection, reception, circulation, storage, disposal, identification, safety and secrecy of the samples are all involved. Management monitoring and effective management must be implemented.
