基于信息技術(shù)的精益生產(chǎn)推進(jìn)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用改變了企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程和工作方法,企業(yè)信息化已成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì);同時(shí),產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)多元化和消費(fèi)者個(gè)性化需求使傳統(tǒng)大批量生產(chǎn)方式不能適應(yīng)這種市場(chǎng)需求變化,多品種、小批量生產(chǎn)的精益生產(chǎn)方式取而代之成為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的主流。如何將企業(yè)信息化與精益生產(chǎn)方式相結(jié)合應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)精益信息化,已成為越來越多企業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)和研究的內(nèi)容,也是本論文研究的目的和內(nèi)容。 本論文對(duì)H公司精益信息化生產(chǎn)管理進(jìn)行研究,研究核心為公司精益信息化生產(chǎn)管理推行過程和方法。全文共分六大部分,第一部分是緒論,提出研究意義及介紹國內(nèi)外研究狀況;第二部分是精益生產(chǎn)理論概述,介紹了精益生產(chǎn)理念、精益生產(chǎn)技術(shù)方法與工具;第三部分是H公司實(shí)施精益信息化的相關(guān)性分析及擬定實(shí)施方案;第四部分是H公司精益信息化生產(chǎn)實(shí)施過程,從訂單履行架構(gòu)優(yōu)化、庫存優(yōu)化、供應(yīng)鏈采購優(yōu)化及流程再造四方面對(duì)公司精益信息化生產(chǎn)展開深入研究和分析;第五部分是H公司車間信息管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā),對(duì)再造后的流程實(shí)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作流程和看板管理,,進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)精益生產(chǎn);第六部分是結(jié)論部分,對(duì)H公司精益信息化實(shí)施效果評(píng)價(jià)及目前推行中存在一些的問題進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。 本論文通過對(duì)H公司精益信息化生產(chǎn)管理實(shí)施前后狀況對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明,H公司通過精益信息化實(shí)施對(duì)車間作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理改善、縮短交貨周期、減少生產(chǎn)場(chǎng)地面積、提高生產(chǎn)效率、減少庫存等方面取得重大改善,成績(jī)值得肯定。本文H公司精益信息化實(shí)施方法和思路對(duì)其它企業(yè)在今后實(shí)施精益信息化生產(chǎn)管理具有重要指導(dǎo)意義,但是由于不同企業(yè)的背景、文化、環(huán)境、產(chǎn)品特性、員工素質(zhì)等因素不同,實(shí)施方法不盡完全相同,不可生搬硬套,要結(jié)合企業(yè)自身特點(diǎn)和狀況,選擇適合公司自己的方法推行精益信息化生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the application of information technology has changed the traditional business processes and working methods of enterprises. Enterprise informatization has become an inevitable trend of enterprise development. The diversification of product market and the individualized demand of consumers make the traditional mass production mode unable to adapt to the change of market demand. The lean production mode of multi-variety and small-batch production has become the mainstream of enterprise production. How to combine enterprise informatization and lean production mode to realize enterprise lean information has become the content of more and more enterprises' study and research, and is also the purpose and content of this paper. This paper studies the lean information production management of H Company, the core of which is the implementation process and method of lean information production management. The paper is divided into six parts: the first part is introduction, the second part is the introduction of lean production theory, the introduction of lean production concept, the method and tools of lean production technology. The third part is the correlation analysis of the implementation of Lean Informatization in H Company and the formulation of the implementation plan; the fourth part is the implementation process of Lean Informatization production in H Company, from the order fulfillment structure optimization, inventory optimization, Supply chain procurement optimization and process reengineering four aspects of the company lean information production in-depth research and analysis; the fifth part is the H company workshop information management system development, after the reengineering process implementation of standard workflow and Kanban management, The sixth part is the conclusion part, which analyzes and summarizes the effect evaluation and some problems existing in the implementation of lean informatization in H Company. Through the comparison of the situation before and after the implementation of lean information production management in H Company, the results show that the company improves the on-site management of the workshop through lean information management, shortens the delivery period and reduces the area of the production site. Improve production efficiency, reduce inventory and other aspects of major improvements, achievements are commendable. This article H company lean information implementation method and the thought has the important instruction significance to the other enterprise in the future implementation lean information production management, but because of the different enterprise background, the culture, the environment, the product characteristic, Different factors, such as the quality of employees, the implementation method is not exactly the same, can not be mechanically applied, we should combine the characteristics and conditions of the enterprise itself, select suitable methods for the company's own implementation of lean information production.
