鄭州市汽車(chē)維修行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展

【摘要】:近年來(lái),鄭州市的汽車(chē)保有量急劇增加,據(jù)鄭州市車(chē)管所信息,到2012年末鄭州市機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)保有量已突破210萬(wàn)輛。按照國(guó)際慣例,一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)百戶家庭汽車(chē)擁有量達(dá)到22輛以上,這個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)就可以認(rèn)為進(jìn)入汽車(chē)社會(huì)。按照這個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鄭州已邁入汽車(chē)社會(huì)。隨著汽車(chē)保有量的快速增加,汽車(chē)維修修業(yè)也得到很大發(fā)展,已經(jīng)從道路運(yùn)輸?shù)母綄傩袠I(yè)發(fā)展成為汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中不可或缺的重要環(huán)節(jié),汽車(chē)維修行業(yè)已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)具有極大發(fā)展空間和潛力的“朝陽(yáng)"行業(yè),,隨著中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)的全面推進(jìn),鄭州市的汽車(chē)維修業(yè)必將進(jìn)入一個(gè)新的發(fā)展階段。 鄭州市作為省會(huì)城市和中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)核心城區(qū),汽車(chē)維修業(yè)與人民群眾的生產(chǎn)、生活聯(lián)系越來(lái)越密切,在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用。本文通過(guò)對(duì)鄭州市汽車(chē)維修業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的研究,提出具有針對(duì)性的發(fā)展策略和建議,有助于科學(xué)、合理地指導(dǎo)和加快鄭州市汽車(chē)維修業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,同時(shí)對(duì)各地汽車(chē)維修業(yè)的發(fā)展具有一定的借鑒意義。 本文從汽車(chē)維修的理論基礎(chǔ)入手,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了有關(guān)汽車(chē)維修的相關(guān)知識(shí),然后總結(jié)了汽車(chē)維修業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析了我國(guó)汽車(chē)維修業(yè)的基本現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,為鄭州市整個(gè)汽車(chē)維修行業(yè)的行業(yè)管理和遠(yuǎn)景規(guī)劃等提供重要的參考。通過(guò)分析鄭州市汽車(chē)維修行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,指出該行業(yè)存在維修企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、集約化程度低、行業(yè)分布不均、配件市場(chǎng)秩序混亂、從業(yè)人員整體素質(zhì)偏低等問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了加快行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、促進(jìn)資源優(yōu)化配置、規(guī)范調(diào)整維修網(wǎng)點(diǎn)設(shè)置、提高維修人員素質(zhì)、提高行業(yè)服務(wù)水平、充分發(fā)揮汽車(chē)維修行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的橋梁和紐帶作用等建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn)和建議,在上述基礎(chǔ)上,本論文進(jìn)行了研究總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of vehicles held in Zhengzhou has increased sharply. According to the information of Zhengzhou Automobile Management Office, by the end of 2012, the number of motor vehicles in Zhengzhou had exceeded 2.1 million. According to international practice, a country or region has more than 22 cars per hundred households, and this country or region can be considered as entering the automobile society. According to this standard Zhengzhou has entered the automobile society. With the rapid increase of vehicle ownership, the automobile maintenance and repair industry has also been greatly developed, which has become an indispensable and important link in the automobile industry chain from the road transportation industry. Automobile maintenance industry has become a "sunrise" industry with great development space and potential. With the overall development of the Central Plains Economic Zone, the automobile maintenance industry in Zhengzhou will enter a new stage of development. As the capital city of Zhengzhou and the core city of the Central Plains Economic Zone, the automobile maintenance industry is more and more closely related to the production and life of the people, and plays an increasingly important role in the development of the market economy. Based on the study of the present situation of the automobile maintenance industry in Zhengzhou, this paper puts forward some pertinent development strategies and suggestions, which is helpful to scientifically and reasonably guide and accelerate the healthy development of the automobile maintenance industry in Zhengzhou. At the same time, the development of automobile maintenance industry has a certain reference significance. Starting with the theoretical basis of automobile maintenance, this paper briefly introduces the related knowledge of automobile maintenance, then summarizes the current situation and experience of automobile maintenance industry in developed countries, and analyzes the basic status quo and existing problems of automobile maintenance industry in China. It provides an important reference for the industry management and long-term planning of the whole automobile maintenance industry in Zhengzhou. By analyzing the present situation of automobile maintenance industry in Zhengzhou City, it is pointed out that there are some problems in this industry, such as unreasonable structure of maintenance enterprises, low degree of intensification, uneven distribution of industry, disorder of market order of accessories, low overall quality of employees, and so on. On this basis, it is proposed to speed up the adjustment of the industry structure, to promote the optimal allocation of resources, to standardize the adjustment of maintenance network settings, to improve the quality of maintenance personnel, and to improve the service level of the industry. This paper gives full play to the bridge and tie function of automobile maintenance industry association and so on. On the basis of the above, this paper has carried on the research summary.
