六西格瑪在D公司的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)伊始,全球很多公司包括中國(guó)的一些大公司也開(kāi)始推行六西格瑪,但幾年之后,有的公司并沒(méi)有獲得預(yù)期的成功,進(jìn)而對(duì)于六西格瑪產(chǎn)生了不同的聲音,甚至于有些人開(kāi)始懷疑六西格瑪?shù)膶?shí)際作用。那么產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的原因何在?六西格瑪應(yīng)該怎樣在企業(yè)推行才能取得更好的效果?其成功要素是什么?D公司的六西格瑪工作怎樣才能做得更好?這些是本文所要研究和解決的問(wèn)題。 本文作者通過(guò)查閱大量國(guó)內(nèi)外參考文獻(xiàn),在熟知國(guó)內(nèi)外六西格瑪最新研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)六西格瑪?shù)钠鹪、發(fā)展、六西格瑪?shù)耐菩蟹椒ê统晒σ刈隽溯^為全面的闡述和研究,進(jìn)而對(duì)六西格瑪方法論和項(xiàng)目中可能使用的主要工具做了進(jìn)一步的介紹,為后文研究六西格瑪?shù)膶?shí)際應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 在本文前兩章的理論基礎(chǔ)上,,作者結(jié)合D公司的實(shí)際情況,第三章首先介紹了六西格瑪與D公司質(zhì)量生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)(QPS)的關(guān)系,然后系統(tǒng)的介紹了六西格瑪在D公司的推行方法、實(shí)施情況和其改進(jìn)機(jī)會(huì)。六西格瑪在D公司的具體推行方法和不足對(duì)于讀者具有較大的參考價(jià)值,尤其是對(duì)于正在準(zhǔn)備或剛剛實(shí)施六西格瑪?shù)钠髽I(yè)。 本文第四章介紹了一個(gè)六西格瑪在D公司的項(xiàng)目實(shí)例,運(yùn)用DMAIC的改進(jìn)模式解決了生產(chǎn)中的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。這是六西格瑪項(xiàng)目在D公司實(shí)施的例子,也體現(xiàn)了六西格瑪項(xiàng)目在D公司的工作思路。這個(gè)例子也讓讀者對(duì)于六西格瑪尤其是DMAIC模式的應(yīng)用有了更為具體的認(rèn)識(shí)。 本文最后一章對(duì)本文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)并進(jìn)一步展望了六西格瑪在D公司的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of twenty-first Century, many companies in the world, including some of China's big companies, began to carry out six sigma, but some years later, some companies did not get the expected success, and then the Six Sigma produced different voices, and some people began to doubt the actual role of Six Sigma. How can six sigma achieve better results in an enterprise? What is the factor of success? How can D's Six Sigma work be better? These are the problems that this article will study and solve.
By consulting a large number of domestic and foreign references and on the basis of the latest research results of Six Sigma at home and abroad, the author makes a comprehensive exposition and Research on the origin and development of Six Sigma, the implementation of Six Sigma and the factors of success, and then the main tools that may be used in the Six Sigma methodology and projects. A further introduction is given, which lays a foundation for the practical application of Six Sigma.
On the basis of the theory of the first two chapters of this article, the author combines the actual situation of D company, the third chapter first introduces the relationship between Six Sigma and D company quality production system (QPS), and then systematically introduces the implementation of Six Sigma in the implementation of the company, the implementation and the opportunities for improvement. Six Sigma's specific implementation methods and shortcomings in D company It has great reference value for readers, especially for enterprises that are preparing or just implementing Six Sigma.
The fourth chapter introduces an example of a Six Sigma project in D, which uses DMAIC's improved model to solve practical problems in production. This is an example of the Six Sigma project implemented in D and the Six Sigma project in D. This example also gives readers to six sigma, especially the DMAIC model. The application has a more specific understanding.
The last chapter of this paper summarizes the paper and further prospects the application of Six Sigma in D company.
