中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)海外市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓決策研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和國(guó)內(nèi)建筑市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的白熱化,越來(lái)越多的中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)開(kāi)始大力開(kāi)拓國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng),開(kāi)展國(guó)際工程承包業(yè)務(wù)已成為中國(guó)建筑業(yè)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)之一。然而在拓展國(guó)際工程業(yè)務(wù)的過(guò)程中,許多中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)在海外目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)選擇上的盲目性導(dǎo)致了中國(guó)企業(yè)在某些市場(chǎng)分布過(guò)于集中,形成內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而在某些市場(chǎng)則分布稀少;并且在開(kāi)拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)時(shí)往往以國(guó)際工程投標(biāo)為主要進(jìn)入模式,局限性較強(qiáng)。因此,如何準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)、科學(xué)、合理地確定海外目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)以及相應(yīng)的市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入模式是中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)海外市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓過(guò)程中亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)對(duì)國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)總營(yíng)業(yè)額按地區(qū)和行業(yè)進(jìn)行了分析,也對(duì)中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)在國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)中的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié),并按地區(qū)分布對(duì)中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)的國(guó)際工程市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了匯總分析。 (2)通過(guò)梳理傳統(tǒng)的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)選擇理論,建立了中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)海外目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)選擇指標(biāo)體系,并設(shè)計(jì)出了一個(gè)適合中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)海外目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)選擇的二階段模型,并在模型的第二階段引入了層次分析和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析的決策方法,最后用案例驗(yàn)證了所建模型的可行性。 (3)回顧了國(guó)際市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入模式選擇理論,并對(duì)中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)海外目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入模式進(jìn)行了分析,提出了影響中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入模式選擇的影響因素,并且以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建了中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)海外目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入模式選擇模型,并在模型的模式對(duì)比排序階段中引入了理想解法(TOPSIS)。 本文的研究結(jié)果將為中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)在海外市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓時(shí)提供決策支持,為中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)在激烈的國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the national "going out" strategy and the intense competition in the domestic construction market, more and more Chinese construction enterprises have begun to vigorously develop the international engineering contracting market. Developing international engineering contracting business has become one of the new economic growth points of Chinese construction industry. However, in the process of expanding the international engineering business, the blindness of many Chinese construction enterprises in the choice of overseas target market has led to the over-concentration of Chinese enterprises in some markets and the formation of internal competition, while in some markets the distribution is rare. And when opening up the international market, the main entry mode is international engineering bidding, which has strong limitation. Therefore, how to accurately, timely, scientifically and reasonably determine the overseas target market and the corresponding market entry mode is an urgent problem to be solved in the process of overseas market development of Chinese construction enterprises. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the total turnover of international engineering contracting market is analyzed by region and industry, and the performance of Chinese construction enterprises in international engineering contracting market is also analyzed and summarized. The international engineering market of Chinese construction enterprises is analyzed according to regional distribution. (2) by combing the traditional international market selection theory, the index system of overseas target market selection for Chinese construction enterprises is established, and a two-stage model suitable for overseas target market selection of Chinese construction enterprises is designed. In the second stage of the model, the decision method of AHP and grey correlation analysis is introduced. Finally, the feasibility of the model is verified by a case study. This paper reviews the theory of entry mode selection of international market, analyzes the entry mode of overseas target market of Chinese construction enterprises, and puts forward the influencing factors on the choice of entry mode of target market for Chinese construction enterprises. On this basis, the model of entry mode selection for overseas target market of Chinese construction enterprises is constructed, and the ideal solution is introduced in the mode comparison and ranking stage of the model. The research results of this paper will provide decision support for Chinese construction enterprises in overseas market development, and provide reference for Chinese construction enterprises to realize sustainable development in the fierce international engineering contracting market.
