【摘要】：全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)的日益發(fā)展以及現(xiàn)代技術(shù)水平的大幅提升，物流的興起與推廣成為當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要構(gòu)成，世界各國均投入了很大關(guān)注與重視。對于特鋼產(chǎn)業(yè)的物流發(fā)展而言，礦產(chǎn)資源的稀缺性成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸(表現(xiàn)為物流周期比較長，物流響應(yīng)時(shí)間較長)，同時(shí)，整個(gè)企業(yè)競爭力的強(qiáng)弱受物流管理好壞的制約，另外國家的十大規(guī)劃振興產(chǎn)業(yè)中，物流與鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)均劃歸其中，因此，論文研究特鋼產(chǎn)業(yè)的物流發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 東北特鋼(全稱為東北特殊鋼集團(tuán)有限公司)作為整合以后組建起來的集團(tuán)企業(yè)，主要構(gòu)成單位包括：撫順特鋼集團(tuán)、大連鋼鐵集團(tuán)和北滿特鋼集團(tuán)，論文以東北特鋼為其研究對象，深入研究了其物流發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。 首先，本文對所借鑒的供應(yīng)鏈管理與戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的相關(guān)理論做了詳細(xì)的說明，為本課題的下述研究提供了基礎(chǔ)理論支持。 其次，通過應(yīng)用PESTN分析、波特五力分析模型等分析方法完成了論文對象所處宏觀、行業(yè)以及內(nèi)部環(huán)境的分析，并通過SWOT矩陣得出影響東北特鋼發(fā)展的各因素間的關(guān)系圖，明晰東北特鋼面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)、優(yōu)勢與劣勢。 再次，在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上對東北特鋼的物流發(fā)展進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，主要規(guī)劃內(nèi)容由信息化發(fā)展規(guī)劃、內(nèi)部網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)點(diǎn)規(guī)劃以及業(yè)務(wù)拓展規(guī)劃等三部分構(gòu)成，規(guī)劃出東北特鋼未來三至五年內(nèi)的物流發(fā)展方向。 最后，結(jié)合其主要研究內(nèi)容，建議性給出東北特鋼物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的實(shí)施保障措施。主要包括：加強(qiáng)政策保障措施、信息化開發(fā)及電子商務(wù)保障措施、技術(shù)保障措施、人才保障措施、物流鏈供應(yīng)管理保障。 總之，通過對東北特鋼物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的研究，明晰了其未來發(fā)展方向，并對東北特鋼的實(shí)際運(yùn)作起到重要的引導(dǎo)作用，，有利于東北特鋼的國際化科技型一流特鋼企業(yè)的成功演進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The increasing development of the globalization economy and the rapid improvement of modern technology level, the rise and promotion of logistics have become an important component of the contemporary economic development. All countries of the world have put great attention and attention. For the development of the logistics of the special steel industry, the scarcity of mineral resources is the bottleneck of the development of the enterprises (the comparison of the logistics cycle comparison) Long, the logistics response time is long), at the same time, the strength and weakness of the whole enterprise competitiveness is restricted by the quality of logistics management. In addition, in the ten major planning and revitalizing industry of the country, the logistics and the iron and steel industry are all classified into them. Therefore, the paper studies the logistics development of the special steel industry with realistic meaning.
Northeast Special Steel (known as Northeast Special Steel Group Co., Ltd.) as a group formed after the integration of the group enterprises, the main components include: Fushun special steel group, Dalian iron and Steel Group and the North man Steel Group, the thesis is the research object of northeast special steel, and the strategic planning of its logistics development is deeply studied.
First of all, this paper gives a detailed explanation of the theory of supply chain management and strategic planning, which provides the basic theoretical support for the following research.
Secondly, through the application of PESTN analysis and Potter's five force analysis model, we have completed the analysis of the macro, industry and internal environment of the thesis object, and through the SWOT matrix, the relationship diagram between the factors affecting the development of northeast special steel is drawn, and the opportunities and challenges facing Northeast Special steel are clear, and the advantages and disadvantages are found.
Thirdly, on the basis of the above analysis, the strategic planning of the logistics development of northeast special steel is carried out. The main planning contents are composed of three parts, which are information development planning, internal network node planning and business expansion planning, and the logistics development direction of Northeast Special Steel in the next three to five years is planned.
Finally, according to the main research content, it suggests the implementation guarantee measures of the logistics development strategic planning of northeast special steel. It mainly includes: strengthening policy guarantee measures, information development and electronic commerce guarantee measures, technical guarantee measures, personnel guarantee measures, logistics chain for management guarantee.
In a word, through the study of the strategic planning of the logistics development of northeast special steel, the direction of its future development is clarified, and it plays an important guiding role in the actual operation of the northeast special steel, which is beneficial to the successful evolution of the international science and technology type special steel enterprises of the northeast special steel.
