【摘要】：在“核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”理論發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)下,化工企業(yè)一般都把自身所需但非核心的物流運(yùn)作交給外部的專(zhuān)業(yè)公司來(lái)運(yùn)作,這些專(zhuān)業(yè)的公司統(tǒng)稱(chēng)為物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)商。在實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)中,化工企業(yè)如何用科學(xué)的方法選擇最合適的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)商是本文所要研究的主題。 關(guān)于供應(yīng)商選擇的理論研究其實(shí)有很多,但實(shí)際中能真正運(yùn)用得并不常見(jiàn)。本文希望通過(guò)研究找到一種既有理論依據(jù),又符合化工企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,且易于采購(gòu)人員實(shí)施的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)商選擇方法。本文首先對(duì)當(dāng)前主流的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和供應(yīng)商選擇方法進(jìn)行分析比較,總結(jié)出各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和適用性；接著再對(duì)化工企業(yè)物流供應(yīng)商選擇的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出其需求的特點(diǎn)；隨后根據(jù)前面總結(jié)出的各種方法優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和適用性,從中找出一種適合化工企業(yè)物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)商選擇特點(diǎn)的方法；接著以此方法為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行改善,得出一種客觀(guān)科學(xué)又易于實(shí)施且可信度高的化工企業(yè)物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)商選擇方法。該方法以總成本最低理念為基礎(chǔ),把各種非成本選擇因素通過(guò)合理的轉(zhuǎn)化變成成本調(diào)整比例,隨后將供應(yīng)商報(bào)價(jià)總成本根據(jù)調(diào)整比例進(jìn)行調(diào)整,最后選擇調(diào)整后成本最低的供應(yīng)商。對(duì)于其中評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的建立和評(píng)定,通過(guò)專(zhuān)家評(píng)定打分法來(lái)確認(rèn),而各項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重則通過(guò)層次分析法計(jì)算得到。最后本文通過(guò)實(shí)例分析,證明新方法有效實(shí)用,適合化工企業(yè)選擇物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)商。
[Abstract]:With the development of the theory of "core competence", chemical enterprises generally hand over their needed but non-core logistics operations to outside professional companies, which are collectively called logistics service providers. In the actual business operation, how to select the most suitable logistics service provider by scientific method is the subject of this paper. There are many theoretical studies on supplier selection, but it is not common in practice. This paper hopes to find a logistics service supplier selection method which is both theoretical basis and in line with the actual situation of chemical enterprises and is easy to be implemented by purchasing personnel. In this paper, the current mainstream supplier evaluation index system and supplier selection methods are analyzed and compared, and their advantages, disadvantages and applicability are summarized, and then the current situation of logistics supplier selection in chemical enterprises is analyzed. Then, according to the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the various methods summarized above, we find out a suitable method for the selection of logistics service suppliers in chemical enterprises. Then, based on this method, According to the actual situation, an objective scientific, easy to implement and reliable logistics service supplier selection method is obtained. Based on the idea of the lowest total cost, the method converts various non-cost selection factors into the cost adjustment ratio through reasonable transformation, and then adjusts the total cost of the supplier quotation according to the adjusted proportion. Finally, select the lowest cost adjusted supplier. For the establishment and evaluation of the evaluation index system, the expert evaluation scoring method is used to confirm the evaluation index system, and the weight of each evaluation index is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the new method is proved to be effective and practical, and suitable for chemical enterprises to select logistics service providers.
