【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化為我國城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展提供了新的方向指引,為建筑工業(yè)的升級創(chuàng)造了戰(zhàn)略契機。將建筑工業(yè)按照資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境友好的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的"三型創(chuàng)新"思路轉(zhuǎn)型,是實現(xiàn)與新型城鎮(zhèn)化有機對接的關(guān)鍵性路徑,依靠新型建材原料生產(chǎn)、材料制備和工程應(yīng)用的全生命周期創(chuàng)新,通過"三產(chǎn)協(xié)同"帶動農(nóng)村人口有效轉(zhuǎn)移、農(nóng)村人口高質(zhì)量就地城鎮(zhèn)化。以市場主體推動綠色產(chǎn)城融合,高質(zhì)量實現(xiàn)就業(yè)和人居的協(xié)同提高,實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代居住空間的充分嵌套,既是建筑工業(yè)升級轉(zhuǎn)型的捷徑,同時也是推進我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化中新城健康發(fā)展的有效保證,具有高財稅收益、社會收益和生態(tài)環(huán)境收益的特征。新型建材工業(yè)推動的產(chǎn)城模式符合我國當(dāng)前城鎮(zhèn)化需求,充分釋放了市場在資源要素配置中的核心地位,通過市場與政府分工協(xié)作,既可多元化城鎮(zhèn)化的資本籌措、保障新城活力與構(gòu)造新活力,同時符合產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的快速路徑要求,該模式有助于我國建筑工業(yè)及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)依托中國新型城鎮(zhèn)化的戰(zhàn)略機遇期,形成具有國際競爭力的綠色城市綜合生產(chǎn)與技術(shù)服務(wù)的能力。
[Abstract]:New urbanization provides a new direction for the development of cities and towns in China and creates a strategic opportunity for the upgrading of the construction industry. The transformation of the construction industry according to the idea of "three-type innovation" in the upgrading of resource-saving and environment-friendly industries is the key path to realize the organic docking with the new type of urbanization and rely on the production of new building materials. The whole life cycle innovation of material preparation and engineering application leads to the effective transfer of rural population through "three industries coordination", and the high quality local urbanization of rural population. Promoting the integration of green production and city with the main body of the market, achieving the synergistic improvement of employment and human settlements with high quality, realizing the nesting of modern service industry, modern agriculture and modern living space is the shortcut to upgrade and transform the construction industry. At the same time, it is also an effective guarantee to promote the healthy development of new towns in China, which has the characteristics of high revenue and tax revenue, social income and ecological environment income. The new type building materials industry promotes the production city pattern to accord with our country's current urbanization demand, has fully released the market in the resources essential factor disposition core position, through the market and the government division of labor cooperation, already may diversify the urbanization capital raising, At the same time, this model is helpful to the construction industry and its related industries to rely on the strategic opportunity period of China's new urbanization. To form an international competitive green city comprehensive production and technical services capacity.
