【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展，工業(yè)制成品的出口規(guī)模增大，出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)也得到了很大改善�！傲俊钡奶嵘饾u向“質(zhì)”的提升轉(zhuǎn)變。本文運(yùn)用中國省際區(qū)域出口數(shù)據(jù)，從行業(yè)層面和國內(nèi)跨區(qū)域兩個(gè)層面上，深刻剖析中國工業(yè)制成品產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)含量的變遷和區(qū)域差異。 本文借鑒XuLu（2009）基于省級(jí)層面數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)Hausmann（2005）模型的測度出口產(chǎn)品技術(shù)水平的方法，首先測算出中國HS碼下60章工業(yè)制成品產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)含量值，，整體上考察各行業(yè)出口產(chǎn)品技術(shù)水平動(dòng)態(tài)的變遷趨勢。在這一基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建了測度省際的出口技術(shù)復(fù)雜度指標(biāo)，從各省市出口貿(mào)易整體技術(shù)水平對(duì)中國28個(gè)省市（自治區(qū)）進(jìn)行靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)的區(qū)域差異比較分析。我們的主要結(jié)論是：2008年各省市測度的結(jié)果顯示工業(yè)制成品出口技術(shù)水平表現(xiàn)為東部省份的出口技術(shù)水平要高于中、西部，其中江蘇、上海排在前兩位，接下來是北京，天津、廣東，最后五名分別是貴州、陜西、云南、山西及海南��；在樣本期內(nèi)，中國各省市（自治區(qū)）出口貿(mào)易的整體技術(shù)水平和出口技術(shù)高度指數(shù)得到了不同程度的上升；中國東部、中西部出口貿(mào)易的技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)高度表現(xiàn)出不同的趨勢和階段性特征。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the export scale of manufactured goods has increased, and the export trade structure has been greatly improved. The improvement of quantity gradually changes to the improvement of quality. Based on the regional export data of China's provinces, this paper analyzes the technological changes and regional differences of manufactured products in China from the two levels of industry level and cross-regional level. This paper uses the method of measuring the technical level of export products based on the provincial level data of XuLu-2009) to measure the technical level of export products, and first calculates the technical content of 60 chapters of manufactured products under HS Code of China. As a whole, the trend of dynamic change of technical level of export products in various industries is investigated. On this basis, the author further constructs an index to measure the technical complexity of export among provinces, and makes a static and dynamic comparative analysis of regional differences between 28 provinces (autonomous regions) of China from the overall technical level of export trade between provinces and municipalities. Our main conclusions are as follows: the technical level of export of industrial manufactured goods in the eastern provinces is higher than that in the central and western regions, with Jiangsu and Shanghai ranking the first two places, followed by Beijing and Tianjin, according to the results measured by various provinces and cities in 2008. Guangdong, the last five places are Guizhou, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Shanxi and Hainan Province. In the sample period, the overall technical level of export trade and export technology height index of each province (autonomous region) of China have increased in varying degrees. The technical structure of export trade in eastern and western China shows different trends and stages.
