【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的完全競爭的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學理論主要通過區(qū)域?qū)I(yè)化特征和專業(yè)化優(yōu)勢而非產(chǎn)業(yè)效率研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、產(chǎn)業(yè)分工和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學理論對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移動因的研究更強調(diào)產(chǎn)業(yè)效率而非區(qū)域?qū)I(yè)化特征與專業(yè)化優(yōu)勢。新經(jīng)濟地理學對產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的研究將傳統(tǒng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學所強調(diào)的區(qū)域?qū)I(yè)化因素與產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學所看重的效率因素同時納入考慮。本論文采用不完全競爭的新經(jīng)濟地理學理論框架，以新經(jīng)濟地理學之全球化和產(chǎn)業(yè)擴散模型的理論寓意為基礎(chǔ)，同時運用區(qū)域?qū)I(yè)化分析與效率分析，就京津冀制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與產(chǎn)業(yè)空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化重點領(lǐng)域展開實證研究。通過將區(qū)位商分析與DEA分析相結(jié)合，識別出京津冀制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和產(chǎn)業(yè)空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的相關(guān)重點領(lǐng)域。論文的主要創(chuàng)新表現(xiàn)在：（1）通過多區(qū)域、多產(chǎn)業(yè)的DEA效率分析實現(xiàn)跨區(qū)域、跨產(chǎn)業(yè)的效率比較； （2）從區(qū)域?qū)I(yè)化特征和產(chǎn)業(yè)效率兩個維度分析產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和產(chǎn)業(yè)空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化，比較好地兼顧了產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的成本考慮與效率考慮。
[Abstract]:The traditional regional economics theory of complete competition mainly studies industrial agglomeration, industrial division of labor and industrial transfer through the characteristics and advantages of regional specialization rather than industrial efficiency. The study on the causes of industrial structure change and industrial transfer in modern industrial economics theory emphasizes the industrial efficiency rather than the characteristics and advantages of regional specialization. The study on industrial transfer in New Economic Geography takes into account both the regional specialization factors emphasized by traditional regional economics and the efficiency factors valued by industrial economics. This paper adopts the theory frame of incomplete competition new economic geography, based on the theory implication of globalization and industry diffusion model of new economic geography, and applies regional specialization analysis and efficiency analysis at the same time. An empirical study was carried out on the key areas of industrial transfer and industrial spatial structure optimization in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. By combining location quotient analysis with DEA analysis, the key areas of industrial transfer and industrial spatial structure optimization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry are identified. The main innovation of this paper is: (1) to compare the efficiency of multi-region and multi-industry through the DEA efficiency analysis of multi-region and multi-industry; 2) analyzing the industrial transfer and the optimization of industrial spatial structure from the two dimensions of regional specialization and industrial efficiency, the cost and efficiency considerations of industrial transfer are well taken into account.
