【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,廢紙回收利用成為全球普遍關(guān)注的熱點問題。紙的生產(chǎn)消費不僅消耗了大量的森林和能源,也造成了嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染。我國一方面大量進口廢紙,另一方面國內(nèi)廢紙回收率遠低于發(fā)達國家水平。面對嚴(yán)峻的發(fā)展形勢,國家《造紙工業(yè)發(fā)展"十二五"規(guī)劃》明確將提高廢紙回收率作為"十二
[Abstract]:At present, the recycling of waste paper has become a hot issue in the world. The production and consumption of paper not only consumes a lot of forest and energy, but also causes serious environmental pollution. On the one hand, China imports a large number of waste paper, on the other hand, the recovery rate of domestic waste paper is far lower than that of developed countries. In the face of the severe development situation, the National Plan for the Development of Papermaking Industry in the 12th Five-Year Plan explicitly regards increasing the recovery rate of waste paper as the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan".
