5S現(xiàn)場管理在A鍋爐公司的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理水平是體現(xiàn)企業(yè)實力的重要因素之一,企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理不佳,在市場上就不可能有競爭力,即使遇到好的機(jī)遇,也會因為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理不好而喪失;企業(yè)管理要想得到真正的、扎實的提高和加強(qiáng),必須“一頭抓市場,一頭抓生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場”。從總體上看,我國企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理水平在最近幾年有了較快的發(fā)展,但總體水平不高。忽視現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)管理,企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理混亂,是我國當(dāng)前企業(yè)管理落后的一個突出表現(xiàn)。 A鍋爐公司作為一家傳統(tǒng)的鍋爐制造企業(yè),在本地區(qū)面臨十幾家類似鍋爐企業(yè)的競爭,如何在競爭中脫穎而出,是公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層急需解決的問題。從現(xiàn)場管理角度著手,改善工作環(huán)境與條件,提升產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)與員工激情,無疑是一種良好的選擇。 本文第一章為緒論部分,介紹了研究背景、目的、意義、方法與內(nèi)容。第二章為理論部分,詳細(xì)闡述了現(xiàn)場管理理論及5S管理理論,并將5S管理方法及各種工具的應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行了介紹。在文獻(xiàn)綜述方面,介紹了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)場管理以及5S管理的發(fā)展及研究現(xiàn)狀。第三章是A鍋爐公司的生產(chǎn)車間現(xiàn)場管理現(xiàn)狀與問題,首先介紹了公司基本情況與制造工藝流程以及生產(chǎn)車間布局狀況;其次,從原材料、生產(chǎn)過程、辦公條件、員工面貌等方面詳細(xì)描述了該公司的生產(chǎn)車間現(xiàn)場管理現(xiàn)狀,最后對該公司生產(chǎn)車間實施5S管理進(jìn)行了可行性分析。第四章為5S管理在A鍋爐公司生產(chǎn)車間的實施,在5S現(xiàn)場管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,首先描述了該公司生產(chǎn)車間5S管理的實施方案;然后分別從整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、素養(yǎng)五個方面詳細(xì)展現(xiàn)了該公司生產(chǎn)車間推行5S管理的過程;第三總結(jié)了該公司生產(chǎn)車間推行5S管理的方法技巧;最后闡述了該公司今后推行5S管理的全面延伸,指明該公司努力的方向與目標(biāo)。第五章是該公司5S管理實施保障措施,首先分析了該公司生產(chǎn)車間實施5s管理取得的成績以及存在的問題,其次從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視、宣傳教育、企業(yè)文化以及活動評價等方面探討了實施5S管理的措施與建議。
[Abstract]:The level of enterprise production site management is one of the important factors to reflect the strength of the enterprise. If the enterprise production site management is not good, it can not be competitive in the market. Even if it meets a good opportunity, it will be lost because of the poor management of the enterprise production site. If enterprise management wants to get real, solid raise and strengthen, must "grasp the market with one end, grasp the production spot at the same time". Generally speaking, the level of production site management in Chinese enterprises has developed rapidly in recent years, but the overall level is not high. Neglecting the field production management and the confusion of the enterprise production site management is an outstanding manifestation of our country's current enterprise management backwardness. A boiler company, as a traditional boiler manufacturing enterprise, faces more than a dozen similar boiler enterprises in this area. How to stand out from the competition is an urgent problem to be solved by the leadership of the company. It is undoubtedly a good choice to improve the working environment and conditions, improve product quality and staff passion from the point of view of site management. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, significance, methods and contents of the research. The second chapter is the theory of field management and 5S management theory, and introduces the application of 5S management methods and tools. In the aspect of literature review, the development and research status of field management and 5 S management at home and abroad are introduced. The third chapter is the present situation and problems of production workshop management in A boiler company. Firstly, it introduces the basic situation of the company, the manufacturing process and the layout of the production workshop; secondly, from the raw materials, production process, office conditions, The present situation of site management of the company's production workshop is described in detail, and the feasibility of implementing 5S management in the company's workshop is analyzed at last. The fourth chapter is the implementation of 5S management in the workshop of A boiler company. On the basis of 5S site management theory, the paper first describes the implementation scheme of 5S management in the production workshop of this company, and then respectively from the aspects of sorting, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning and cleaning. Five aspects of literacy show in detail the process of implementing 5S management in the production workshop of the company; third, it summarizes the methods and skills of implementing 5S management in the production workshop of the company; finally, it expounds the overall extension of 5S management in the company in the future. Indicate the direction and objectives of the company's efforts. The fifth chapter is the company 5S management implementation safeguard measures, first analyzed the company production workshop implementation 5s management achievement as well as the existence question, then from the leadership attention, the propaganda education, The measures and suggestions of implementing 5S management are discussed in the aspects of corporate culture and activity evaluation.
