【摘要】：近年來，國際石油供需格局呈現(xiàn)出了一系列深刻而重大的新變化，，對我國海外石油供應(yīng)帶來了新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。我國經(jīng)濟(jì)始終保持持續(xù)快速發(fā)展，國內(nèi)石油需求與生產(chǎn)的缺口越來越大，面對我國日益增長的石油需求和復(fù)雜多變的石油國際環(huán)境，如何在國際石油供需新格局中保障我國海外石油供應(yīng)的安全，成為一項極具挑戰(zhàn)性的艱巨任務(wù)。 文章首先從國際石油供需板塊、石油資源國政治局勢、石油消費國進(jìn)口地位、石油市場定價機制、石油經(jīng)濟(jì)金融環(huán)境五個方面分析了國際石油供需新格局；第三章分析了我國海外石油供應(yīng)的現(xiàn)狀，我國獲取海外石油資源主要通過石油貿(mào)易進(jìn)口和石油海外投資兩大渠道；第四章在前兩章分析的基礎(chǔ)上，運用聚類分析、協(xié)整檢驗、VAR模型等分析方法，論證了新格局下我國海外石油供應(yīng)面臨的問題和挑戰(zhàn)；第五章，結(jié)合前文的分析，從貿(mào)易進(jìn)口石油、海外投資獲取石油、石油期貨市場套期保值、加強非常規(guī)油氣資源合作、加強與石油進(jìn)口大國的合作等角度，提出我國海外石油供應(yīng)的應(yīng)對策略，旨在為保障我國海外石油供應(yīng)的安全提供一些政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the international oil supply and demand pattern has presented a series of profound and important new changes, which has brought new opportunities and challenges to China's overseas oil supply. China's economy has always maintained a sustained and rapid development, and the gap between domestic oil demand and production is growing. In the face of China's increasing oil demand and complex and changeable international petroleum environment, How to ensure the security of China's overseas oil supply in the new pattern of international oil supply and demand has become a challenging and arduous task. This paper first analyzes the new pattern of international oil supply and demand from five aspects: the international oil supply and demand plate, the political situation of oil resource countries, the import status of oil consuming countries, the pricing mechanism of oil market, and the petroleum economic and financial environment. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of China's overseas oil supply, China obtains overseas oil resources mainly through two major channels of oil trade, import and overseas investment. Chapter four uses cluster analysis on the basis of the first two chapters. The analysis method of co-integration test and VAR model demonstrates the problems and challenges that China's overseas oil supply is facing under the new situation. Chapter five, combined with the previous analysis, obtains oil from the trade of imported oil, overseas investment, and oil futures market hedging. From the angles of strengthening cooperation of unconventional oil and gas resources and cooperation with large oil importing countries, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of overseas oil supply in China, aiming at providing some policy suggestions for ensuring the safety of overseas oil supply in China.
