【摘要】：我國(guó)煙葉生產(chǎn)由于多種原因,與卷煙工業(yè)需求之間一直存在相互脫節(jié)的問(wèn)題,“農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)什么煙葉,工業(yè)就用什么煙葉作原料”的狀況,在很大程度上影響著煙葉工業(yè)可用性和卷煙品質(zhì)的提升。本文通過(guò)研究紅云紅河集團(tuán)云煙、紅河兩大卷煙品牌的一二類和高三類卷煙產(chǎn)品對(duì)煙葉原料的質(zhì)量需求,在現(xiàn)有云南省內(nèi)7市(州)41個(gè)基地縣范圍內(nèi),通過(guò)對(duì)基地?zé)熑~質(zhì)量與云煙、紅河品牌卷煙的原料需求符合性評(píng)價(jià),以及原料在卷煙產(chǎn)品配方中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果驗(yàn)證,篩選出煙葉質(zhì)量能夠充分滿足云煙、紅河品牌高檔高端和高中檔卷煙配方需求的最優(yōu)生態(tài)區(qū)域,配置特色優(yōu)質(zhì)品種,配套定向栽培烘烤技術(shù),建立云煙、紅河品牌導(dǎo)向型專屬核心原料基地,具體結(jié)論如下： 1、紅云紅河集團(tuán)省內(nèi)7市(州)41縣355個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的煙葉質(zhì)量狀況是：(1)高檔原料：經(jīng)研究原料基地的高檔原料外觀質(zhì)量總分平均為80.1分,符合一二類卷煙對(duì)原料外觀質(zhì)量要求(外觀總分75分),符合比例達(dá)87.5%；化學(xué)成分指標(biāo)與《云南中煙優(yōu)質(zhì)烤煙內(nèi)在化學(xué)成分指標(biāo)要求》的平均符合度為94.1%,符合一二類卷煙要求(符合度90%)；評(píng)吸總分平均為89.5分,符合一二類卷煙對(duì)原料感官質(zhì)量要求(評(píng)吸總分86分),符合比例達(dá)91.7%。(2)中檔原料：經(jīng)研究原料基地的中檔原料在外觀質(zhì)量上總分平均為73.4分,符合高三類卷煙對(duì)原料外觀質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的要求(外觀總分70-75分),符合比例達(dá)85.6%；化學(xué)成分指標(biāo)含量平均符合度為86.9%,符合三類卷煙對(duì)原料的化學(xué)成分要求(符合度80-90%),感官質(zhì)量總分平均為84分,符合比例達(dá)90.2%,符合三類卷煙對(duì)原料的感官質(zhì)量要求(評(píng)吸-86分)。 2、云煙、紅河品牌高檔原料基地主要分布在海拔1200～1800m的煙區(qū),烤煙大田期均溫為20.5～22.5℃,大田期日照時(shí)數(shù)為650～750小時(shí),大田期降雨量為600-700mm,土壤質(zhì)地主要為壤土；涉及7市(州)31縣區(qū)的152個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),植煙面積為156萬(wàn)畝,年收購(gòu)煙葉達(dá)474.7萬(wàn)擔(dān),占總收購(gòu)量的44.1%。中檔原料基地主要分布在海拔1200-2000m的煙區(qū),烤煙大田期均溫為19.5-20.5℃,大田期日照時(shí)數(shù)為550-650h,大田期降雨量為500-800mm,土壤質(zhì)地主要為壤土；涉及6市(州)34縣區(qū)的135個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),植煙面積為136.8萬(wàn)畝,年收購(gòu)煙葉達(dá)408.5萬(wàn)擔(dān),占總收購(gòu)量的37.9%； 3、在云煙、紅河品牌卷煙高檔原料專屬生產(chǎn)基地,年調(diào)撥煙葉174萬(wàn)擔(dān),占集團(tuán)省內(nèi)煙葉總調(diào)撥量的47.3%；在云煙、紅河品牌卷煙中檔原料專屬生產(chǎn)基地,年調(diào)撥煙葉193.5萬(wàn)擔(dān),占集團(tuán)省內(nèi)煙葉總調(diào)撥量的52.7%。
[Abstract]:Due to various reasons, there has always been a disjoint problem between tobacco production and cigarette industry demand in China. "whatever tobacco leaves are produced in agriculture, tobacco leaves are used as raw materials in industry," he said. To a great extent, it affects the availability of tobacco industry and the improvement of cigarette quality. In this paper, the quality demand of tobacco leaf raw materials for Yunyan, Honghe and Honghe cigarette brands of Hongyun Honghe Group is studied, and the quality requirements of tobacco raw materials in 7 cities (prefectures) and 41 counties in Yunnan Province are studied in this paper. By evaluating the quality of base tobacco leaf and the demand of cloud smoke, Honghe brand cigarette, and verifying the practical application effect of raw material in cigarette product formulation, the tobacco leaf quality can be fully satisfied with cloud smoke. The best ecological region for the demand of high-grade and high-grade cigarette formula of Honghe brand, the best ecological region for the prescription demand of high-grade and high-grade cigarettes, the allocation of characteristic high-quality varieties, the matching of directional cultivation and baking technology, the establishment of the core material base of Yunyan and Honghe brand, the concrete conclusions are as follows: 1, 7 cities of Hongyun Honghe Group province (355 villages and towns in Zhouzhou41 County are of high grade raw materials): the total score of appearance quality of high-grade raw materials based on the studied raw materials is 80.1 on average.
