【摘要】:隨著建筑市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展,中小型民營建筑企業(yè)呈現(xiàn)了快速發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),但發(fā)展過程中也存在較多問題。而且,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)呈現(xiàn)一體化發(fā)展,我國的建筑市場(chǎng)也逐漸向全球打開,使中小型建筑企業(yè)既要面對(duì)國內(nèi)大型建筑企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),又要面對(duì)國外涌入的建筑企業(yè)的威脅,處在了一個(gè)內(nèi)外夾擊的狀態(tài),這就使得中小型民營建筑企業(yè)迫切的要通過提升其自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,來改變?cè)谑袌?chǎng)中的弱勢(shì)地位,實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的發(fā)展。本文主要致力于提升中小型民營建筑企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理水平,從而提升中小型民營建筑企業(yè)在建筑市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的發(fā)展壯大。本文對(duì)我國中小型民營建筑企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,找出影響企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的問題,并針對(duì)這些問題,給出了解決方法,提出了提升中小型民營建筑企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的途徑。從研究的對(duì)象來看,本文研究的是我國中小型民營建筑企業(yè),企業(yè)的規(guī)模是中小型,企業(yè)性質(zhì)是民營企業(yè),主要指企業(yè)中沒有國有資產(chǎn)成分的企業(yè)。我國中小型民營建筑企業(yè)在發(fā)展的過程中,存在許多問題,直接影響企業(yè)在建筑市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,本文主要對(duì)這些問題進(jìn)行了研究。從研究的視角來看,本文內(nèi)容涉及到了影響中小型民營建筑企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的各個(gè)方面,例如:制度管理、人員素質(zhì)、財(cái)務(wù)管理、技術(shù)管理、融資能力等,并對(duì)影響企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的問題進(jìn)行了原因分析。從研究的方法來看,本文借鑒了國內(nèi)外對(duì)于企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,建筑企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究成果,閱讀了大量的文獻(xiàn)資料,分析了中小型民營建筑企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力情況,給出提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的策略。在對(duì)YC公司進(jìn)行案例研究時(shí),對(duì)調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。全文共分六個(gè)部分,第一部分是敘述本文研究的背景,內(nèi)容,意義和研究的方案。第二部分是理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)建筑企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論進(jìn)行綜述,對(duì)中小型民營建筑企業(yè)進(jìn)行了界定,對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論進(jìn)行闡述,并對(duì)影響大型建筑企業(yè)和中小型民營建筑企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素進(jìn)行差別分析。第三部分是分析了中小型民營建筑企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)中小型民營建筑企業(yè)進(jìn)行了SWOT戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析,找出影響其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素,并對(duì)這些因素進(jìn)行了分析。第四部分是根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果,分別從幾個(gè)主要方面,提出了提升中小型民營建筑企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的方法途徑。第五部分是對(duì)YC公司進(jìn)行了案例研究,用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法評(píng)價(jià)其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平,對(duì)各個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,找出影響YC公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的問題,并給出YC公司提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的具體方法措施。第六部分是結(jié)論,包括本文研究的價(jià)值和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),以及研究的不足之處和展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of the construction market, small and medium-sized private construction enterprises have a rapid development trend, but there are many problems in the process of development. Moreover, with the development of the global economy, the construction market of our country is gradually opening up to the whole world, which makes the small and medium-sized construction enterprises face not only the competition of large domestic construction enterprises, but also the threat of the influx of construction enterprises from abroad. In a state of internal and external attack, which makes small and medium-sized private construction enterprises urgently to improve their own competitiveness, to change the weak position in the market, to achieve their own development. This paper is mainly devoted to improving the management level of the small and medium-sized private construction enterprises, so as to enhance the competitiveness of the small and medium-sized private construction enterprises in the construction market and realize their own development and growth. This paper analyzes the present situation of the competitiveness of the small and medium-sized private construction enterprises in China, finds out the problems that affect the competitiveness of the enterprises, and puts forward the solutions to these problems, and puts forward the ways to enhance the competitiveness of the small and medium-sized private construction enterprises. From the point of view of the research object, this paper studies the small and medium-sized private construction enterprises in China, the scale of the enterprises is small and medium-sized, the nature of the enterprises is private enterprises, mainly refers to the enterprises in which there is no state-owned assets. There are many problems in the development of small and medium-sized private construction enterprises in China, which directly affect the competitiveness of enterprises in the construction market. From the point of view of research, this paper involves various aspects that affect the competitiveness of small and medium-sized private construction enterprises, such as: system management, personnel quality, financial management, technology management, financing ability, etc. The causes of the problems affecting the competitiveness of enterprises are also analyzed. From the point of view of the research methods, this paper draws lessons from the domestic and foreign research results on the competitiveness of enterprises and construction enterprises, reads a lot of literature, and analyzes the competitiveness of small and medium-sized private construction enterprises. The strategy of improving competitiveness is given. In the case study of YC Company, the data of the survey were statistically analyzed. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the background, content, significance and research scheme of this paper. The second part is the theoretical basis, summarizes the theory of the competitiveness of construction enterprises, defines the small and medium-sized private construction enterprises, and expounds the theory of the competitiveness of enterprises. And the factors that affect the competitiveness of large construction enterprises and small and medium-sized private construction enterprises are analyzed. The third part is to analyze the present situation of the competitiveness of the small and medium-sized private construction enterprises, and to analyze the strategic environment of the small and medium-sized private construction enterprises, find out the factors that affect their competitiveness, and analyze these factors. The fourth part is according to the analysis result, separately from several main aspects, proposed the small and medium-sized private construction enterprise competitive power the method way. The fifth part is the case study of YC Company, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the competitiveness of YC Company, and to analyze each evaluation index to find out the problems that affect the competitiveness of YC Company. And gives the YC company to enhance the competition ability concrete method measure. The sixth part is the conclusion, including the value and innovation of this study, as well as the shortcomings and prospects of the study.
