美國(guó)某體外快速診斷公司的原材料本地化采購(gòu)的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)生產(chǎn)制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,我國(guó)“世界加工制造基地”的地位更顯突出,越來(lái)越多的跨國(guó)公司為了獲取更大的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)以及降低生產(chǎn)加工的成本,將生產(chǎn)制造業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)移到中國(guó)本土進(jìn)行。就現(xiàn)狀而言,跨國(guó)公司在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)中競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心已由傳統(tǒng)的技術(shù)、財(cái)力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)逐步轉(zhuǎn)變成為價(jià)值鏈、供應(yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),降低生產(chǎn)制造過(guò)程的成本已成必然。那么如何突破地域限制,充分利用供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境,借助本土物流的先天優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)跨國(guó)公司生產(chǎn)資源供應(yīng)成本的降低就顯得特別重要了。本文以美國(guó)IMSH體外快速診斷公司為研究對(duì)象,自2005年將產(chǎn)品引入中國(guó)制造后,由于并未進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)銷售,所以原材料的本地化采購(gòu)進(jìn)程實(shí)施相對(duì)緩慢。但是經(jīng)歷了2008年的金融風(fēng)暴,以及產(chǎn)品逐步進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng),本地化采購(gòu)箭在弦上,勢(shì)在必行。本地化采購(gòu)對(duì)品牌的推廣,公司形象的建立大有裨益。本文共分為7個(gè)章節(jié)進(jìn)行研究。首先闡述了本文研究的背景和研究的意義,并就國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)采購(gòu)管理和本地化采購(gòu)的研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了整理概括;之后以供應(yīng)鏈理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)跨國(guó)企業(yè)供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)和管理的現(xiàn)狀和采購(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究,特別是針對(duì)IMSH公司與供應(yīng)鏈有關(guān)的組織機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,并深入針對(duì)公司現(xiàn)行的采購(gòu)策略進(jìn)行了分析,指出可能存在的問(wèn)題;在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析了IMSH公司實(shí)施本地化采購(gòu)的形勢(shì)分析,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,以及IMSH公司所處行業(yè)的發(fā)展情況,從宏觀與微觀兩個(gè)方面對(duì)該公司實(shí)施本地化采購(gòu)的形勢(shì)展開(kāi)分析;最后提出了IMSH公司本地化采購(gòu)策略及案例成果。本課題的研究,不但能夠有效補(bǔ)充供應(yīng)鏈思想在本地化采購(gòu)的應(yīng)用理論;而且對(duì)于不斷促進(jìn)跨國(guó)公司迎合本地社會(huì)文化,實(shí)現(xiàn)公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)全球化具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry, the status of our "world processing and manufacturing base" is more prominent. More and more multinational companies are trying to gain more competitive advantages in the market and reduce the cost of production and processing. Transfer manufacturing operations to China. As far as the current situation is concerned, the core of multinational corporations' competition in the international market has gradually changed from traditional technology and financial competition to value chain, supply chain competition, and reducing the cost of manufacturing process has become inevitable. Therefore, how to break through the geographical constraints, make full use of the supply chain environment, with the help of the innate advantages of local logistics, it is particularly important to achieve the cost reduction of production resources supply of multinational companies. In this paper, IMSH in vitro rapid diagnosis company in the United States as the research object, since the product was introduced into China in 2005, because it did not enter the Chinese market, so the local procurement process of raw materials is relatively slow. But after the financial storm in 2008 and the products gradually entering the Chinese market, local procurement is imperative. Local procurement of brand promotion, the establishment of the company image is very helpful. This paper is divided into seven chapters. Firstly, the background and significance of this study are expounded, and the literature on procurement management and localization procurement at home and abroad are summarized, and then the supply chain theory is used as the basis. This paper studies the status quo of supplier development and management in multinational enterprises, especially the organization related to supply chain of IMSH Company, and deeply analyzes the current purchasing strategy of the company. On the basis of this, this paper further analyzes the situation of local purchasing in IMSH Company, combined with the domestic market environment, and the development of the industry in which IMSH Company is located. This paper analyzes the situation of localizing purchasing from macro and micro aspects, and finally puts forward local purchasing strategy and case results of IMSH Company. The research of this topic not only can effectively supplement the application theory of supply chain thought in local purchasing, but also has important practical significance to promote multinational corporations to cater to local social culture and realize the globalization of management.
