【摘要】：正中國(guó)多山,而大部分的山區(qū)都分布在中西部。廣大的山區(qū)擁有相對(duì)集中的水、礦產(chǎn)等資源,為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)提供了巨大的資源支持和生態(tài)環(huán)境服務(wù)功能。但與此同時(shí),山區(qū)的發(fā)展又存在很多問(wèn)題,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展極不平衡,山區(qū)的發(fā)展長(zhǎng)期落后于平原地區(qū),主要表現(xiàn)在地域偏遠(yuǎn)交通不便、環(huán)境相對(duì)容易惡化、文化教育落后、社會(huì)勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)不充分、外流現(xiàn)象比較普遍等。山區(qū)貧困,發(fā)展滯后,不僅是中國(guó)的問(wèn)題,也是全球關(guān)注的重要問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The mountainous area has relatively concentrated water , mineral resources and other resources , thus providing great resource support and ecological environment service function for the national economic construction . However , the development of mountain area has many problems , the economic development is extremely uneven , the development of the mountain area is relatively easy to deteriorate , the cultural education is backward , the social labor force is not sufficient , the phenomenon of outflow is relatively widespread , etc . The mountain poverty and the development lag are not only the problems of China , but also the important problem of global concern .
