C集團(tuán)公司以可持續(xù)發(fā)展為導(dǎo)向的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)案例研究

【摘要】:水泥工業(yè)是我國(guó)重要的原材料工業(yè),一直為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)提供了強(qiáng)大的物資基礎(chǔ)。在可持續(xù)發(fā)展成為全世界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問題,以及我國(guó)水泥行業(yè)產(chǎn)能嚴(yán)重過剩的當(dāng)今,如何轉(zhuǎn)變水泥行業(yè)發(fā)展方式,推動(dòng)水泥企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展成為政府、協(xié)會(huì)、學(xué)者和企業(yè)人士共同思考的重大問題。在這個(gè)時(shí)期,研究和探討水泥企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的戰(zhàn)略方向以及實(shí)施路徑顯得尤為重要。 本文以水泥行業(yè)具有代表性的大型水泥企業(yè)C集團(tuán)公司作為研究對(duì)象,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的研究成果,結(jié)合企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,采用文獻(xiàn)綜述、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際和案例分析的方法進(jìn)行研究。文章按照提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的研究思路,從分析C集團(tuán)公司目前面臨的環(huán)境及變化趨勢(shì)與當(dāng)前戰(zhàn)略的不一致性入手,提出了以企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展為目標(biāo),以推動(dòng)企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)從單一產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營(yíng)向以產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸為基礎(chǔ)的相關(guān)多元化轉(zhuǎn)變、市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略布局從擴(kuò)大規(guī)模向打造區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)變、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模式從生產(chǎn)制造向“生產(chǎn)+服務(wù)”模式轉(zhuǎn)變、生產(chǎn)觀念從規(guī)模生產(chǎn)向全面清潔生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)變、集團(tuán)管控模式從財(cái)務(wù)管控型向經(jīng)營(yíng)管控型轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥緩,以加?qiáng)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和提升技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力為支撐的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)戰(zhàn)略建議,,驅(qū)動(dòng)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。本文研究的意義不僅對(duì)C集團(tuán)公司在新的發(fā)展階段如何轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展具有借鑒意義,同時(shí)對(duì)推動(dòng)我國(guó)水泥行業(yè)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變也具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The cement industry is an important raw material industry in China, which has provided a strong material base for the national economic construction. In the sustainable development, the focus of attention in the world, and the serious overcapacity of the cement industry in China today, how to change the development mode of cement industry and promote the transformation and development of cement enterprises into the government, association, In this period, it is particularly important to study and discuss the strategic direction and the implementation path of the transformation and upgrading of cement enterprises.
This paper takes the representative large cement enterprise C group of cement industry as the research object, drawing on the research results of the transformation and upgrading at home and abroad, combining the actual situation of the enterprises, using the literature review, the theory connection with the practice and the method of case analysis. Starting with the analysis of the inconsistency between the current environment and the trend of change and the current strategy of C group, this paper puts forward the objective of the sustainable development of the enterprise, in order to promote the diversification of the enterprise industrial structure from the single product operation to the extension of the industrial chain, and the strategic layout of the market from the expansion of the scale to the building of the regional competition. Change from the production and manufacturing to the "production + service" model, the transformation of production concept from scale production to comprehensive clean production, the transformation of the group management and control model from the financial management and control to the management and control, and the transformation and upgrading strategy which is supported by the construction of the talent team and the upgrading of the technological innovation ability. The significance of this study is not only useful for the transformation and development of C group in the new development stage, but also of reference value for the transformation of the development mode of China's cement industry.
