【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)(Internet)技術(shù)在全球的迅猛發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)作為一種新型的交易方式,為企業(yè)、消費(fèi)者和政府提供了一種網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,人們不再受地域、空間的限制,能夠以快捷的方式完成繁雜的商務(wù)活動(dòng)。21世紀(jì)電子商務(wù)成為主要的經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易方式之一,正在給我國和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長帶來巨大變革。根據(jù)目前的市場(chǎng)形勢(shì),煤炭企業(yè)也要突破傳統(tǒng)的營銷模式,大力開展電子商務(wù),以提高煤炭企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭力和服務(wù)水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)煤炭企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 信用管理就是提供信用的一方利用管理學(xué)的方法來解決信用交易中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題。其主要職能包括識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、評(píng)估風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、分析風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上有效地控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并用經(jīng)濟(jì)、合理的方法綜合性地處理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。B2B電子商務(wù)信用管理是一種資信管理,對(duì)企業(yè)之間在進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上交易時(shí)進(jìn)行管理,從交易過程各環(huán)節(jié)的信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)出發(fā),重點(diǎn)對(duì)交易的事前、事中和事后進(jìn)行全方位管理,以來規(guī)范化、制度化地處理各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)。 本文以電子商務(wù)中的信用管理為入口,立足大宗商品交易市場(chǎng)之一的煤炭交易市場(chǎng),通過對(duì)東北亞煤炭交易中心(可簡稱為交易中心)的價(jià)值體系、組織模式設(shè)置和信息化管理等進(jìn)行全面分析研究,對(duì)信用管理在煤炭企業(yè)開展電子商務(wù)交易中的重要性進(jìn)行論述,同時(shí)對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)建設(shè)電子商務(wù)信用管理體系提出了相關(guān)的建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet (Internet) technology in the world, e-commerce, as a new type of transaction, provides a network economic environment for enterprises, consumers and the government, people are no longer restricted by region, space, and can complete the complex business activities in a fast way,.21 century e-commerce becomes the main economic trade. One of the easy ways is bringing great changes to the economic growth of our country and the world. According to the current market situation, the coal enterprises should break through the traditional marketing mode and vigorously carry out electronic commerce in order to improve the competitiveness and service level of coal enterprises and realize the sustainable development of coal enterprises.
Credit management means that one party providing credit uses management methods to solve the risk problems in the credit transaction. Its main functions include identifying risk, assessing risk, analyzing risk, controlling risk effectively on this basis, and dealing with risk.B2B e-commerce credit management comprehensively and comprehensively with economic and reasonable methods. Credit management, management of business between enterprises in the process of online transactions, from the credit risk of the various links of the transaction process, focus on the pre transaction, matter and after the overall management, since the standardization, institutionalized handling of various business activities.
This paper, based on the credit management in e-commerce, is based on the coal trading market, which is one of the commodity trading markets. Through the comprehensive analysis of the value system of the Northeast Asia Coal Trade Center (for short as the trading center), the organization pattern setting and the information management, the credit management is carried out in the coal enterprise by the electronic commerce. The importance of the transaction is discussed, and some suggestions on the construction of the credit management system for the coal enterprises are put forward.
