影響我國(guó)乳制品供應(yīng)鏈體系中原奶安全因素研究

【摘要】:近年以來(lái),,隨著人們生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)生活質(zhì)量尤其是對(duì)奶制品的消費(fèi)質(zhì)量的要求也不斷提高。然而,我國(guó)目前的乳制品和原料乳的質(zhì)量并不能滿足人們的消費(fèi)需求,質(zhì)量安全事件頻頻發(fā)生,因此加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量安全的管理迫在眉睫。 本論文主要從乳制品的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈切入,重點(diǎn)圍繞奶牛養(yǎng)殖戶的安全生產(chǎn)行為對(duì)原料乳的影響展開論述,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式對(duì)武漢市奶牛養(yǎng)殖戶的安全生產(chǎn)方法和基本特性進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對(duì)奶牛養(yǎng)殖戶安全生產(chǎn)方法的特點(diǎn)、現(xiàn)狀和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了研究分析。最后,為加強(qiáng)我國(guó)原料奶的質(zhì)量安全,本文從農(nóng)戶,奶站及政府三個(gè)層面提出建議,而從更有效的控制好原料奶的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, people's demands on the quality of life, especially on the consumption quality of dairy products, are also increasing.However, the quality of dairy products and raw milk can not meet the demand of people, and the quality and safety incidents occur frequently. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the management of quality and safety.This paper mainly from the dairy industry chain, focusing on the dairy farmers safety production behavior on the impact of raw milk,A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the safety production methods and basic characteristics of dairy cattle farmers in Wuhan. The characteristics, current situation, advantages and disadvantages of the safety production methods of dairy cattle farmers were studied and analyzed.Finally, in order to strengthen the quality and safety of raw milk in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions from three aspects: farmers, milk stations and government, and more effectively controls the quality of raw milk.
