【摘要】:C公司作為一家國(guó)內(nèi)大型建筑施工企業(yè),企業(yè)從2000年以后隨著國(guó)家加大基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)投資力度以來(lái),公司的施工生產(chǎn)任務(wù)由2002年的40億發(fā)展到2012年的408億,10年間企業(yè)的營(yíng)業(yè)額增加了10.2倍。企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展對(duì)人力資源管理工作提出了更大的挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)人員的整體素質(zhì)要求也在日益的提高。因此,建立科學(xué)全面的員工培訓(xùn)體系是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)員工素質(zhì)與企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展相匹配的重要途徑,也是提高人力資源管理水平的重要手段。本文從企業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際出發(fā),提出員工培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建的原則、思路,從員工培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)管理機(jī)構(gòu)的明確、培訓(xùn)實(shí)施的過(guò)程和管理,培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估等內(nèi)容構(gòu)建員工培訓(xùn)體系,并對(duì)其運(yùn)行保障進(jìn)行詮釋。力爭(zhēng)為C公司的健康快速發(fā)展提供一支素質(zhì)優(yōu)良的員工隊(duì)伍,從而取得企業(yè)發(fā)展和員工發(fā)展的雙贏局面。 本文共分六大部分構(gòu)成。第一章,導(dǎo)論。提出本文研究的選題背景及意義、研究思路及方法,研究?jī)?nèi)容與框架結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章,企業(yè)培訓(xùn)相關(guān)理論綜述。包括企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)理論,企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)方法,企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì)。第三章,C公司背景與員工培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀分析。對(duì)C公司人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀和員工培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行分析,指出公司培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題,提出了構(gòu)建員工培訓(xùn)體系的必要性。第四章,C公司員工培訓(xùn)體系的構(gòu)建。首先提出C公司員工培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建的原則、思路,然后對(duì)C公司員工培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),員工培訓(xùn)體系設(shè)計(jì)包括培訓(xùn)工作流程設(shè)計(jì)、培訓(xùn)制度建立、明確培訓(xùn)管理機(jī)構(gòu)、開展培訓(xùn)需求分析、制定培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、培訓(xùn)師資和課程設(shè)計(jì)、培訓(xùn)方式選擇、培訓(xùn)工作實(shí)施,最后開展員工培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估。第五章,C公司員工培訓(xùn)體系運(yùn)行保障,包括資源保障和制度保障。第六章結(jié)論?偨Y(jié)培訓(xùn)實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出對(duì)其它國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)的參考意義。 本文在分析研究過(guò)程中,運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料研究法、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法、系統(tǒng)分析法,將理論闡述與C公司實(shí)際相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建了C公司員工培訓(xùn)體系,以其使C公司員工培訓(xùn)得到一定改善,為C公司人力資源整體素質(zhì)提升起到促進(jìn)作用。本文通過(guò)理論研究與實(shí)際相結(jié)合構(gòu)建了C公司員工培訓(xùn)體系,以其對(duì)國(guó)有施工企業(yè)在員工培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建中有一定的啟示。
[Abstract]:Company C, as a large domestic construction enterprise, has been investing more in infrastructure since 2000.The company's construction and production tasks grew from 4 billion in 2002 to 40.8 billion in 2012.The rapid development of enterprises poses a greater challenge to the management of human resources, and the overall quality of personnel is increasingly improved.Therefore, the establishment of a scientific and comprehensive staff training system is an important way to match the quality of employees with the rapid development of enterprises, and also an important means to improve the level of human resources management.Starting from the reality of enterprise development, this paper puts forward the principles and ideas for the construction of employee training system, analyzes the training needs of employees, clarifies the training management institutions, and puts forward the process and management of training implementation.Training effect evaluation and other content to build staff training system, and its operational support interpretation.Strive for C company healthy and rapid development to provide a good quality of staff, so as to achieve a win-win situation of enterprise development and staff development.This paper is composed of six parts.Chapter one, introduction.The research background and significance, research ideas and methods, research content and frame structure are proposed.The second chapter, the enterprise training related theory summary.Including the enterprise employee training theory, the enterprise staff training method, the enterprise staff training development new trend.Chapter three analyzes the background of C Company and the present situation of employee training.This paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management and employee training in C Company, points out the problems existing in the current training situation of the company, and puts forward the necessity of constructing the staff training system.The fourth chapter is about the construction of employee training system in C Company.First of all, the paper puts forward the principles and ideas of the construction of C company employee training system, then designs the C company employee training system, which includes the training workflow design, the training system establishment, the clear training management organization.Conduct training needs analysis, develop training plan, train teachers and course design, training mode selection, training implementation, and finally carry out employee training effectiveness evaluation.Chapter five: operation guarantee of employee training system, including resource guarantee and system guarantee.Chapter VI conclusion.The experience of training practice is summarized and the reference significance for other domestic enterprises is put forward.In the process of analysis and research, this paper uses the method of literature research, the method of combining theory with practice, the method of systematic analysis, and combines the theory with the practice of C Company, and constructs the training system of C Company employees.It can improve the training of C company employees and promote the overall quality of C company human resources.In this paper, the staff training system of C Company is constructed through the combination of theoretical research and practice, which has some enlightenment for state-owned construction enterprises in the construction of staff training system.
