A公司競爭策略的研究

【摘要】:半導(dǎo)體節(jié)能照明作為一項(xiàng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)被第一次寫入我國十一五規(guī)劃綱要,這為產(chǎn)業(yè)大規(guī)模進(jìn)軍照明市場提供了契機(jī)。在此良好的發(fā)展形勢下,誕生了大批LED生產(chǎn)廠家,A公司就是其中之一。生產(chǎn)廠家的增多,讓客戶有了更多的可選擇空間,同時也加劇了市場競爭。在生產(chǎn)成本的不斷上漲,客戶需求不斷追高的情況下,傳統(tǒng)的低成本、大眾化的生產(chǎn)模式已經(jīng)很難適應(yīng)市場競爭的需求,LED生產(chǎn)企業(yè)普遍遭遇生存困境。A公司在生存和發(fā)展中也遇到了許多難題。本文就以A公司為例,從競爭策略的高度,對該公司存在的問題進(jìn)行了研究,旨在選擇適當(dāng)?shù)母偁幉呗,使得A公司可以充分發(fā)揮企業(yè)優(yōu)勢,增強(qiáng)市場競爭力,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的長期可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文首先闡述了當(dāng)今世界各國對競爭策略方面的理論研究情況,并對研究學(xué)派從結(jié)構(gòu)、能力、資源三方面做了劃分。接下來通過對企業(yè)競爭策略理論的論述,對該理論內(nèi)在含義和特征做了說明,并對所用的分析方法進(jìn)行評析,以便于后面的論文論證使用。其次是對A公司的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析研究,通過對公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的分析,旨在了解公司目前的公司現(xiàn)狀和生存環(huán)境。通過分析企業(yè)所面臨的發(fā)展機(jī)會和存在的威脅,了解企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢和不足。在分析方法上,除了運(yùn)用業(yè)內(nèi)環(huán)境利用價值鏈分析方法外,還運(yùn)用了SWOT分析法、波特的五力模型分析法。此在基礎(chǔ)上,,對企業(yè)的競爭策略進(jìn)行策劃,以增強(qiáng)企業(yè)優(yōu)勢,使企業(yè)具有更強(qiáng)的競爭力。理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合是本文研究的基本方針,在對理論構(gòu)架系統(tǒng)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者查閱了大量的資料,并結(jié)合企業(yè)及行業(yè)的基本情況對A公司的競爭策略作出策劃,認(rèn)為公司應(yīng)該在明確市場定位的基礎(chǔ)上,不斷提高企業(yè)的市場競爭能力,提升企業(yè)的市場競爭力;同時要加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部控制,注重員工素質(zhì)的提高,樹立學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)形象,使企業(yè)的競爭能力有一個飛躍式提高。本研究可為中小企業(yè)更好的參與市場競爭提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:As a sustainable green industry, semiconductor energy-saving lighting has been written into the 11th Five-Year Plan of China for the first time, which provides an opportunity for the industry to enter the lighting market on a large scale.In this good development situation, the birth of a large number of LED manufacturers A company is one of them.The increase of manufacturers, so that customers have more options, but also intensified market competition.In the case of rising production costs and increasing customer demand, the traditional low cost,The popular production mode has been difficult to meet the needs of market competition. The LED manufacturing enterprises generally encounter the survival dilemma. A company has also encountered many difficulties in the survival and development.This paper takes A Company as an example, from the competition strategy height, has carried on the research to this company existence question, in order to select the appropriate competition strategy, enables A company to fully exert the enterprise superiority, enhances the market competition ability.To achieve long-term sustainable development of enterprises.This paper first describes the current situation of the theoretical research on competition strategy in the world, and divides the research school from three aspects: structure, ability and resources.Then, through the discussion of the theory of enterprise competition strategy, this paper explains the inherent meaning and characteristics of the theory, and analyzes the analytical methods used in order to facilitate the use of the following papers.Secondly, the present situation of company A is analyzed and studied. Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, the purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation and survival environment of the company.Through the analysis of the development opportunities and existing threats faced by enterprises, understand the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises.In addition to using the value chain analysis method in the industry environment, SWOT analysis method and Porter's five-force model analysis method are also used in the analysis method.On the basis of this, the enterprise's competitive strategy is planned in order to strengthen the enterprise's advantage and make the enterprise more competitive.The combination of theory and practice is the basic policy of this paper. On the basis of the systematic research on the theoretical framework, the author has consulted a large amount of information, and combined with the basic situation of enterprises and industries to plan the competitive strategy of Company A.On the basis of clear market positioning, the company should constantly improve the market competition ability of enterprises and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, at the same time, it should strengthen internal control, pay attention to the improvement of staff quality, and set up the image of learning enterprises.So that the competitiveness of the enterprise has a leap forward.This study can provide some reference for SMEs to participate in market competition.
