【摘要】:近年來(lái),國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)都發(fā)生了深刻變化。全球性的金融危機(jī)和國(guó)內(nèi)持續(xù)的貨幣緊縮政策,不斷加劇了建筑施工行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),對(duì)施工企業(yè)的生存發(fā)展帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)。在當(dāng)前的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,施工企業(yè)如何抓好項(xiàng)目管理這一核心工作,通過(guò)強(qiáng)化項(xiàng)目管理、提高管理能力、提升企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行效果,使企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)上更具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力成為當(dāng)前眾多施工企業(yè)研究的一大課題。 本文以ZTWES如何推進(jìn)、實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的實(shí)踐過(guò)程為案例,堅(jiān)持理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合原則,研究分析施工企業(yè)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的適用性、有效性,以及實(shí)施原則、推進(jìn)方法和效果。 文章首先對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、項(xiàng)目管理的概念,以及項(xiàng)目管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的概念和內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行闡述,論述了項(xiàng)目管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的主要特點(diǎn)、推進(jìn)歷程和實(shí)踐意義,同時(shí)結(jié)合ZTWES的自身實(shí)際,對(duì)公司項(xiàng)目管理中存在的問(wèn)題和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入分析。 基于這些研究和分析,提出了以推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化來(lái)解決公司當(dāng)前項(xiàng)目管理問(wèn)題的思路,系統(tǒng)闡述了公司如何推進(jìn)和完善項(xiàng)目管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的總體規(guī)劃,分析了推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的核心內(nèi)容和實(shí)施方法,提出了推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的五個(gè)階段,并采取分階段強(qiáng)化過(guò)程控制的方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目制度管理、人員配置、過(guò)程控制、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理四個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的管理目標(biāo)。 文章最后以公司HCKJ-5項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理為實(shí)例,分析了項(xiàng)目通過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理,所取得的各方面成效,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了公司項(xiàng)目管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的適用性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the international and domestic economic situation has undergone profound changes.The global financial crisis and the domestic continuous monetary tightening policy have intensified the market competition of the construction industry and brought severe test to the survival and development of the construction enterprises.In the current market environment, how to do well the core work of project management in construction enterprises, through strengthening project management, improving management ability and improving the economic operation effect of enterprises,Making enterprises more competitive in the market has become a major research topic for many construction enterprises.This paper takes the practice process of how to carry out the standardization of project management in ZTWES as an example, insists on the principle of combining theory with practice, studies and analyzes the applicability, validity and implementation principle of implementing standardization of project management in construction enterprises.Methods and effects of propulsion.This paper first expounds the concepts of standardization, project management, and the concept and connotation of project management standardization, discusses the main characteristics of project management standardization, advances the course and practical significance, at the same time combines with the reality of ZTWES.The existing problems and current situation of project management in the company are deeply analyzed.Based on these research and analysis, this paper puts forward the idea of how to promote the standardization of project management to solve the current project management problems of the company, and expounds systematically how to promote and improve the overall plan of project management standardization.This paper analyzes on the core contents and implementation methods of promoting the standardization of project management, puts forward five stages of promoting the standardization of project management, and adopts the method of strengthening process control in stages to realize project system management, staffing and process control.Site management four standardized management objectives.Finally, taking the HCKJ-5 project of the company as an example, the paper analyzes the achievements of the project through the standardization management, and further verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the standardization of the project management of the company.
