【摘要】：2013年,受產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩的影響,我國(guó)磷復(fù)肥行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益大幅下滑,硫、鉀資源對(duì)外依存度較高,磷石膏的安全環(huán)保堆存和綜合利用成為困擾行業(yè)的難題,制約了行業(yè)健康發(fā)展;各企業(yè)、研究院所和高校積極開(kāi)展科技創(chuàng)新,在行業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)方面取得了很大進(jìn)步,如濕法磷酸凈化技術(shù)、選礦工藝和尾礦再選技術(shù)、磷礦伴生資源的利用、化學(xué)法處理磷石膏技術(shù)等。未來(lái),磷復(fù)肥行業(yè)要實(shí)現(xiàn)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展,企業(yè)必須加快結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,采取多種措施提高科技創(chuàng)新能力,延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,積極培育新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),渡過(guò)行業(yè)難關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In 2013, under the influence of overcapacity, the economic benefit of phosphate and compound fertilizer industry in our country dropped sharply, and the dependence of sulfur and potassium resources on the outside was high. The safe and environmentally friendly storage and comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum had become a difficult problem for the industry and restricted the healthy development of the industry.Various enterprises, research institutes and colleges and universities have made great progress in technological progress and transformation and upgrading of the industry, such as wet phosphoric acid purification technology, ore dressing technology and tailings reconcentration technology, utilization of associated resources of phosphate rock,Chemical treatment of phosphogypsum, etc.In the future, in order to realize healthy and sustainable development of phosphate compound fertilizer industry, enterprises must speed up structural adjustment, take various measures to improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation, extend the industrial chain, actively cultivate new economic growth points, and tide over the difficulties of the industry.
