【摘要】：正西安辰星精益晶體設備有限公司位于西安經濟技術開發(fā)區(qū),是專業(yè)從事生產布里奇曼晶體(Bridgeman)生長設備的企業(yè)。并將先進的航空技術應用于晶體生長設備的設計、加工工藝及裝配。設備選用高質量、高可靠性器件,以滿足不同用戶對晶體生長設備的要求。先后共生產4種不同類型的晶體生長設備以及與晶體設備相關的配套設備,均應用于大學及研究所。
[Abstract]:Zhengxian Chenxing Lean Crystal equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Xi'an Economic and technological Development Zone, specializing in the production of Bridgemann crystal growth equipment enterprises.The advanced aeronautical technology is applied to the design, processing and assembly of crystal growth equipment.High-quality, high-reliability devices are used to meet the requirements of different users for crystal growth equipment.Four different kinds of crystal growth equipment and related equipment are produced, which are used in universities and research institutes.
