【摘要】:消費(fèi)電子行業(yè)的主要特征是更新?lián)Q代快,價格波動迅速,客戶需求多樣。客戶對產(chǎn)品需求集中在外觀新穎,質(zhì)量可靠,同時價格低廉,功能齊全。企業(yè)需要及時獲取市場前端技術(shù)并快速應(yīng)用到產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中,投入量產(chǎn),搶占市場份額。在這種產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代迅速和研發(fā)周期縮短的要求下,如何保證產(chǎn)品能達(dá)成時間、成本和質(zhì)量的三角衡量準(zhǔn)則,是論文著重研究的目標(biāo)。 本文著眼于消費(fèi)電子行業(yè)的特征以及藍(lán)牙耳機(jī)的產(chǎn)品特性,研究如何在藍(lán)牙耳機(jī)開發(fā)的過程中成立跨部門職能小組,結(jié)合質(zhì)量管理三部曲進(jìn)行分析。跨部門職能小組在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程中適當(dāng)?shù)倪\(yùn)用事前預(yù)防質(zhì)量工具,充分發(fā)揮DFMEA(潛在失效模式分析)的作用,完成項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理任務(wù)。跨部門職能小組在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中取代單個個體或單個質(zhì)量部門執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理,保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。跨部門職能小組在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程中以理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)際產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目,保證項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量,達(dá)成項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)。 文章遵循提出問題、現(xiàn)狀分析、問題改善、文件化的思路,首先探討了A公司產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理存在的問題,進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀的分析和梳理;然后針對這些問題,結(jié)合A公司藍(lán)牙耳機(jī)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的開展、實(shí)施以及控制,成立跨部門職能小組在藍(lán)牙耳機(jī)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程中制定質(zhì)量計(jì)劃,開展質(zhì)量保證,執(zhí)行質(zhì)量控制:最后形成A公司新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的管理制度。 跨部門職能小組的成立在節(jié)省項(xiàng)目成本、縮短研發(fā)時間的同時,產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量也有了極大的提升和保證。
[Abstract]:The main features of the consumer electronics industry are rapid renewal, rapid price fluctuations, diverse customer demand.Customer demand for the product is focused on novel appearance, reliable quality, low price and complete function.Enterprises need to acquire market front-end technology and apply it to product design in time to invest in mass production and occupy market share.Under the requirement of rapid renewal and shorter R & D cycle, how to ensure the triangulation criterion of time, cost and quality of the product is the objective of this paper.This paper focuses on the characteristics of the consumer electronics industry and the product characteristics of Bluetooth headphones, and studies how to set up an inter-departmental functional group in the process of Bluetooth headset development, and analyze the trilogy of quality management.Inter-departmental function group should make use of preventive quality tools properly in the process of product development, give full play to the role of DFMEA (potential failure mode analysis), and complete the task of project quality management.Interdepartmental functional teams perform project quality management instead of single individual or single quality department in product design and development projects to ensure product quality.In the process of product development project, inter-departmental function group guides the actual product development project with theory, ensures the project quality, and achieves the project quality management goal.The article follows the thinking of raising questions, analyzing the current situation, improving the problems and documenting them. Firstly, the paper discusses the problems existing in the quality management of the product development projects of company A, and then analyzes and combs the present situation, and then aims at these problems.Combined with the development, implementation and control of Bluetooth headset development project in company A, set up an inter-departmental function group to formulate quality plan and carry out quality assurance in the process of Bluetooth headset development project.Implement quality control: finally form A company's new product development project management system.The establishment of interdepartmental functional group has greatly improved and guaranteed the quality of products while saving project cost and shortening R & D time.
