【摘要】：燃煤發(fā)電廠作為大型的資產(chǎn)密集型和技術(shù)密集型企業(yè),隨著我國電力體制改革的深化,企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營形式發(fā)生了本質(zhì)變化,燃煤發(fā)電企業(yè)需要直面煤炭市場和電量營銷市場的外部環(huán)境,企業(yè)已經(jīng)從計劃模式轉(zhuǎn)向了市場模式。電廠在保證安全,穩(wěn)定持續(xù)發(fā)電同時,如何提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益,保證企業(yè)效益最大化,是每個燃煤發(fā)電企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理層需要思考的問題。 作為現(xiàn)代化的管理手段,管理信息系統(tǒng)(MIS)為企業(yè)管理提供了先進的管理平臺,企業(yè)信息化是燃煤發(fā)電企業(yè)優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化運行、保證安全、提升效率的重要支撐,是增強企業(yè)核心競爭力的必然選擇。 本文在文獻研究和調(diào)研訪談相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上,運用理論歸納與案例分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,分析企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展歷程中存在的主要問題,強調(diào)企業(yè)進行信息化建設(shè)規(guī)劃的重要性；從企業(yè)資源規(guī)劃(ERP)的全局思想出發(fā),結(jié)合燃煤發(fā)電企業(yè)的行業(yè)特點,設(shè)計規(guī)劃適合于燃煤發(fā)電企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動的ERP系統(tǒng)平臺,并結(jié)合應(yīng)用案例分析,論證燃煤發(fā)電企業(yè)的ERP體系架構(gòu)具有科學(xué)性、有效性和實用性,對燃煤發(fā)電企業(yè)ERP建設(shè)有一定的參考價值。本文首先詳細闡述該領(lǐng)域信息化過程面臨的障礙和困難；其次研究國內(nèi)外ERP技術(shù)動態(tài)、軟件產(chǎn)品以及系統(tǒng)實施策略；第三研究適用于燃煤發(fā)電企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管理的ERP應(yīng)用體系：第四以典型實例分析、評價其運行效果,闡述ERP系統(tǒng)是如何在企業(yè)管理中發(fā)揮作用的；最后,展望燃煤發(fā)電企業(yè)ERP應(yīng)用前景——智能化發(fā)電企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:As a large capital-intensive and technology-intensive enterprise, coal-fired power plants have undergone essential changes in production and management with the deepening of the reform of the power system in China.Coal-fired power generation enterprises need to face the external environment of the coal market and electricity marketing market, and the enterprises have shifted from the planning mode to the market mode.In order to ensure the safety and stability of power generation, how to improve the economic benefit of the enterprise and ensure the maximum benefit of the enterprise is the problem that the management of every coal-fired power generation enterprise needs to think about.As a modern management means, MIS (MIS) provides an advanced management platform for enterprise management. Enterprise informatization is an important support for coal-fired power generation enterprises to optimize structure, optimize operation, ensure safety and enhance efficiency.It is the inevitable choice to strengthen the core competence of enterprises.Based on the combination of literature research and investigation and interview, this paper analyzes the main problems in the course of enterprise informatization development by using the research methods of theoretical induction and case analysis.The importance of enterprise information construction planning is emphasized, and the ERP system platform suitable for the production and management activities of coal-fired power generation enterprises is designed according to the overall idea of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and the characteristics of coal-fired power generation enterprises.Combined with the analysis of application cases, it is proved that the ERP architecture of coal-fired power generation enterprises is scientific, effective and practical, and it has certain reference value for the ERP construction of coal-fired power generation enterprises.In this paper, the obstacles and difficulties in the process of informatization in this field are described in detail. Secondly, the trends of ERP technology, software products and system implementation strategies at home and abroad are studied.The third research is the ERP application system suitable for the production and management of coal-fired power generation enterprises. Fourth, the typical example analysis, the evaluation of its running effect, the ERP system is how to play a role in the enterprise management; finally,Look forward to coal-fired power generation enterprise ERP application prospects-intelligent power generation enterprises.
