SJ公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)為適應(yīng)和利用環(huán)境變化,對(duì)企業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展中長(zhǎng)期的政策、目標(biāo)、行動(dòng)作出的重大而全面的科學(xué)決策。本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)建筑業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)處于建筑施工行業(yè)的SJ公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了研究:分析SJ公司面臨的宏觀環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)及行業(yè)環(huán)境、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,分析SJ公司的發(fā)展歷史、現(xiàn)行戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)資源、能力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),選擇和制定了SJ公司未來(lái)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略:實(shí)施針對(duì)不同專(zhuān)業(yè)的總成本領(lǐng)先、差異化及差異化集中的定位戰(zhàn)略;實(shí)施“1134”業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;實(shí)施品牌、人才、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的企業(yè)建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略。同時(shí)提出了SJ公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施:構(gòu)建合理的公司治理結(jié)構(gòu);搭構(gòu)自組織、自適應(yīng)的扁平組織;創(chuàng)新企業(yè)發(fā)展模式;打造企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力----文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、知識(shí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文的研究,充分利用了文獻(xiàn)研究法,定量、定性分析,系統(tǒng)科學(xué)分析等方法對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,以期能對(duì)SJ公司的科學(xué)發(fā)展提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:The enterprise development strategy is an important and comprehensive scientific decision to adapt to and utilize the changes in the environment and to make a long-term policy, goal and action for the future development of the enterprise.Based on the analysis of the present situation and development trend of the domestic construction industry, this paper studies the development strategy of SJ Company in the construction industry. It analyzes the macro environment, market, industry environment and competition environment faced by SJ Company.Based on the analysis of SJ Company's development history, current strategy, enterprise resources, ability and competitive advantage, the future development strategy of SJ Company is selected and formulated: implementing the positioning strategy of total cost leading, differentiation and differentiation concentration for different specialties;Implementation of "1134" business development strategy; implementation of brand, talent, technological innovation enterprise construction strategy.At the same time, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of SJ company's strategy implementation: constructing reasonable corporate governance structure; constructing self-organizing, adaptive flat organization; innovating enterprise development model; creating enterprise core competence-cultural competitiveness, knowledge competitiveness.This paper makes full use of the methods of literature research, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and systematic scientific analysis to study the enterprise strategy, in order to provide reference for the scientific development of SJ Company.
