A軟包裝企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:國家十二五規(guī)劃中指出要建設(shè)環(huán)保綠色的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,逐漸嚴(yán)格環(huán)保體系監(jiān)控,北京市也出臺(tái)了新的環(huán)境保護(hù)方面的法規(guī)。本文通過對(duì)A軟包裝企業(yè)的研究分析,為企業(yè)制定順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展,適合企業(yè)實(shí)行綠色生產(chǎn)和環(huán)境保護(hù)相結(jié)合的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文應(yīng)用波特五力分析和SWOT分析對(duì)企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行深入剖析,討論供應(yīng)商的討價(jià)還價(jià)能力、購買者的討價(jià)還價(jià)能力、潛在競爭者進(jìn)入的能力、替代品的替代能力、行業(yè)內(nèi)競爭者現(xiàn)在的競爭能力對(duì)企業(yè)競爭力的影響,分析企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇與威脅,對(duì)比四種戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展模式,幫助企業(yè)認(rèn)清目前外部環(huán)境中的利與弊。找出企業(yè)內(nèi)部需要提高的點(diǎn),以環(huán)保和企業(yè)長期穩(wěn)定發(fā)展為中心,為企業(yè)制定可持續(xù)發(fā)展的企業(yè)愿景和使命。進(jìn)一步分析和論證企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的可行性,制定適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)施措施,作為推動(dòng)企業(yè)按照可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方向發(fā)展的保障。 本文分析了A企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展方向,為企業(yè)今后發(fā)展作出建議,回顧了企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的優(yōu)勢劣勢,幫助企業(yè)看清自身的實(shí)際情況。綠色生產(chǎn)和環(huán)境保護(hù)將是企業(yè)未來發(fā)展的重中之重,也是企業(yè)經(jīng)營能夠保持穩(wěn)定增長的基石,企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展是企業(yè)必須面對(duì)的。研究可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是幫助企業(yè)找到發(fā)展的方向,是研究國家和社會(huì)對(duì)于該行業(yè)的要求變化,是尋找企業(yè)長久發(fā)展的道路。本文為A企業(yè)制定了綠色發(fā)展的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,能對(duì)A企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供幫助。論文結(jié)論在軟包裝行業(yè)發(fā)展中有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,軟包裝行業(yè)中的其他企業(yè)可以借鑒本文的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,結(jié)合自身實(shí)際情況作出適合自己發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,讓整個(gè)行業(yè)向著綠色生產(chǎn)的環(huán)保發(fā)展模式轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:In the 12th Five-Year Plan, it was pointed out that environmental protection and green economic model should be built, environmental protection system should be strictly monitored gradually, and new environmental protection laws and regulations had been issued in Beijing.Based on the research and analysis of A soft packaging enterprise, this paper makes a sustainable development strategy for the enterprise to adapt to the development of the times and implement the combination of green production and environmental protection.In this paper, the external and internal environment of the enterprise is deeply analyzed by Porter's five-force analysis and SWOT's analysis, and the bargaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of buyers and the ability of potential competitors to enter are discussed.The substitution ability of the substitute, the influence of the competitive ability of the competitors in the industry on the competitiveness of the enterprise, the analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the enterprise, and the comparison of the four strategic development models,Help enterprises to recognize the advantages and disadvantages of the current external environment.To find out the points that need to be improved within the enterprise, take the environmental protection and the long-term stable development of the enterprise as the center, formulate the enterprise vision and mission of the sustainable development for the enterprise.Further analysis and demonstration of the feasibility of enterprise sustainable development strategy, the formulation of appropriate implementation measures for the development of enterprises, as a guarantee to promote the development of enterprises in accordance with the direction of sustainable development strategy.This paper analyzes the present situation and development direction of enterprise A, makes suggestions for the future development of the enterprise, reviews the advantages and disadvantages in the process of development of the enterprise, and helps the enterprise to see clearly the actual situation of itself.Green production and environmental protection will be the most important in the future development of enterprises, and it is also the cornerstone for enterprises to maintain stable growth. The sustainable development of enterprises must be faced with.The study of sustainable development strategy is to help enterprises find the direction of development, is to study the needs of the country and society for the changes of the industry, is to find a way for the long-term development of enterprises.This paper formulates the sustainable development strategy of green development for enterprise A, which can provide help for the development of enterprise A.The conclusion of the paper has certain guiding significance in the development of soft packaging industry. Other enterprises in soft packaging industry can draw lessons from the sustainable development strategy of this paper and make a strategy suitable for their own development according to their own actual situation.Let the whole industry turn to the green production of environmental protection development model.
