中國區(qū)域電力產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)競爭力評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:電力作為我國支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),其有效、健康、持續(xù)的發(fā)展對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)不僅具有先導(dǎo)和支撐作用,而且同時(shí)也是衡量經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)程度、能源利用效率和綜合國力強(qiáng)弱的主要標(biāo)志之一。對(duì)于電力產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)競爭力問題的研究,研究對(duì)象大多是以某一地區(qū)區(qū)域性電力產(chǎn)業(yè)和發(fā)電企業(yè)的核心競爭力研究的為主,而以各省份電力產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力為研究對(duì)象的還比較少,文章對(duì)全國電力產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行整體評(píng)價(jià)并排名具有一定的理論意義。 而我國電力產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展存在很多問題,主要問題不是規(guī)模不夠而是地區(qū)發(fā)展分布不均。本文對(duì)各省份電力產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)競爭力狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)估,可以了解各地競爭力所處地位并找出差距,為地區(qū)電力產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)競爭力的如何提升提供對(duì)策,且論文研究所使用的數(shù)據(jù)是經(jīng)過大量統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒提煉整理出來,能夠準(zhǔn)確客觀地反映各個(gè)省電力產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況,為以后管理者了解各省份電力產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供詳實(shí)的理論和數(shù)據(jù)參考,有助于相關(guān)部門決策者更快捷有效地制定改革決策。由此可見,電力行業(yè)的可持續(xù)競爭力問題的研究也具有深遠(yuǎn)的實(shí)際意義。 論文通過充分調(diào)研,,廣泛參閱了國內(nèi)外可持續(xù)競爭力的文獻(xiàn)研究成果,提出了電力產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)競爭力這一定義,并構(gòu)建了電力產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)競爭力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,主要研究方法為改進(jìn)后的雷達(dá)圖法。此方法是在基于傳統(tǒng)雷達(dá)圖法評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,其特征向量及評(píng)價(jià)向量的構(gòu)建主要是以數(shù)學(xué)中的扇形面積和周長公式為依據(jù),而后運(yùn)用熵權(quán)法進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)后的一種評(píng)價(jià)方法。運(yùn)用此方法得到了我國各個(gè)省電力行業(yè)企業(yè)總體的競爭力的量化評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,并進(jìn)行了排序,為電力產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性及競爭力的提升提供了對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of our country, the effective, healthy and sustainable development of electric power is not only the leading and supporting function for our economy, but also one of the main symbols to measure the degree of economic development, the efficiency of energy utilization and the strength of comprehensive national strength.For the study of sustainable competitiveness of electric power industry, most of the research objects are based on the core competitiveness of regional electric power industry and power generation enterprises in a certain region, but the research object is less on the competitiveness of electric power industry in various provinces.The article carries on the overall appraisal to the national electric power industry and ranks has the certain theory significance.However, there are many problems in the development of electric power industry in China, the main problem is not enough scale but uneven distribution of regional development.This paper evaluates the sustainable competitiveness of the electric power industry in various provinces, and can understand the position of the local competitiveness and find out the gap, and provide countermeasures for how to promote the sustainable competitiveness of the local power industry.And the data used in the thesis research is extracted and sorted out through a large number of statistical yearbooks, which can accurately and objectively reflect the development situation of the electric power industry in various provinces.It provides a detailed theoretical and data reference for managers to understand the development of electric power industry in various provinces in the future, and helps the decision makers of relevant departments to make reform decisions more quickly and effectively.Thus, the study of sustainable competitiveness of power industry also has far-reaching practical significance.Through the full investigation and investigation, the paper has widely consulted the domestic and foreign sustainable competitiveness literature research results, has proposed the electric power industry sustainable competitiveness this definition, and has constructed the electric power industry sustainable competitiveness appraisal index system.The main research method is the improved radar map method.This method is based on the traditional radar map method, and the construction of the feature vector and evaluation vector is mainly based on the sector area and circumference formula in mathematics, and then the entropy weight method is used to further improve the evaluation method.Using this method, the quantitative evaluation results of the overall competitiveness of the power industry enterprises in various provinces of China are obtained, and the ranking is carried out, which provides countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainability of the development of the electric power industry and the promotion of the competitiveness.
