【摘要】：5S現(xiàn)場管理是一種現(xiàn)場管理方法,是指整理、整頓、清掃、清潔和素養(yǎng)。眾多企業(yè)成功推行5S現(xiàn)場管理的實踐表明,通過實施5S能夠塑造企業(yè)的良好形象、準時交貨、安全生產(chǎn)、提高員工素質(zhì),創(chuàng)造舒適的工作現(xiàn)場等。它是實施精益生產(chǎn)、追求持續(xù)改進的基礎(chǔ)所在。本文結(jié)合一家M公司的實際情況,運用5S現(xiàn)場管理的相關(guān)理論對該企業(yè)的試驗室的現(xiàn)場狀況進行了分析并提出了相關(guān)改進措施。論文主要包括以下幾個方面的內(nèi)容：1)介紹了5S現(xiàn)場管理理論的研究背景及國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,回顧了5S現(xiàn)場管理的發(fā)展和相關(guān)理論,闡述了5S現(xiàn)場管理的思想方法和特點。2)通過查閱相關(guān)文獻,并結(jié)合自己在M公司的工作經(jīng)歷,構(gòu)建了一套5S現(xiàn)場管理應(yīng)用的總體方案,提出了具有一定先進性和可操作性的推行步驟PDCA循環(huán)法,給出了5S現(xiàn)場管理應(yīng)用的具體方法(紅牌作戰(zhàn)、定置管理、目視管理等)、常用檢查表單,建立了一個針對5S實施效果進行評價的綜合評價模型。3)根據(jù)M公司的發(fā)展目標,結(jié)合M公司的管理現(xiàn)狀和特點,建立了M公司實施5S現(xiàn)場管理的具體方案,同時將本文所給出的5S現(xiàn)場管理應(yīng)用的方法和解決方案應(yīng)用于M公司的的具體改善：將PDCA循環(huán)法運用于5S現(xiàn)場管理的推進,以確保5S現(xiàn)場管理的持續(xù)推進；將紅牌作戰(zhàn)運用于“整理”階段,減少生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的非必須品,確保寬松的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場；將定置管理、目視管理及設(shè)施布置優(yōu)化應(yīng)用于“整頓”階段,使生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的所有物品都處于合理的位置并被有效地標志,減少工人的尋找時間和體力耗損；給出了“清掃”、“清潔”、“素養(yǎng)”的具體推行步驟及相關(guān)注意事項。研究表明,5S現(xiàn)場管理確實能在很大程度上減少企業(yè)的非必需品,減輕工人的勞動強度,提高工作效率,營造清爽的環(huán)境。5S現(xiàn)場管理是一項理論上比較淺顯而實際操作上又非常注重技巧的現(xiàn)場管理方法,希望本文的研究能給企業(yè)的基層管理人員在5S現(xiàn)場管理及現(xiàn)場改善方面提供借鑒和幫助。本文重點論述了5S與中國企業(yè)實踐進行結(jié)合的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)與應(yīng)用環(huán)境,通過理論聯(lián)系實際,具有較強的實用性和針對性。
[Abstract]:5 S site management is a field management method, refers to collation, rectification, cleaning, cleaning and literacy.The practice of successful implementation of 5S field management in many enterprises shows that 5S can shape the good image of enterprises, deliver goods on time, produce safely, improve the quality of employees, and create comfortable work site, etc.It is the basis of implementing lean production and pursuing continuous improvement.Combined with the actual situation of a M company, this paper analyzes the field situation of the laboratory of the enterprise by using the relevant theory of 5S site management and puts forward the relevant improvement measures.This paper mainly includes the following aspects: (1) introduces the research background of 5S field management theory and domestic and foreign research status, reviews the development of 5S site management and related theories.This paper expounds the ideological methods and characteristics of 5S site management. 2) by consulting relevant documents and combining with his own work experience in M Company, a set of overall scheme of 5S site management application is constructed.In this paper, the advanced and operable PDCA cycle method is put forward, and the specific methods of 5S field management application (red card operation, fixed management, visual management, etc.) are given.A comprehensive evaluation model of 5S implementation effect is established. 3) according to the development goal of M Company, combined with the management status and characteristics of M Company, the concrete scheme of implementing 5S site management in M Company is established.At the same time, the application method and solution of 5S field management are applied to the improvement of M company: the PDCA cycle method is applied to 5S site management to ensure the continuous promotion of 5S site management;To apply red card operations to the "sorting" stage, to reduce the non-essential items on the production site, to ensure loose production sites, and to apply the fixed management, visual management and facility layout optimization to the "consolidation" stage,All items in the production site are in a reasonable position and marked effectively to reduce the time and physical wear of the workers, and the concrete steps of "cleaning", "cleanliness" and "accomplishment" are given as well as the relevant points for attention.The research shows that the site management of Y5S can, to a great extent, reduce the non-necessities of enterprises, lighten the labor intensity of workers, and improve the working efficiency.To create a clean environment. 5S site management is a relatively simple theory and practical operation of the site management method that attaches great importance to skills.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide reference and help to the basic level managers in the field management and improvement of 5S.This paper focuses on the key link and application environment of combining 5S with the practice of Chinese enterprises. It has strong practicability and pertinence through connecting theory with practice.
