【摘要】：近年來，我國物流科學(xué)得到了較好的發(fā)展，人們對于物流成本的構(gòu)成與控制也更加重視�，F(xiàn)代物流的控制與管理最為關(guān)注的就是降低物流成本，降低物流成本是我國中小型民營企業(yè)亟待解決的問題。第三方物流的出現(xiàn)及發(fā)展對于降低我國企業(yè)物流成本以及促進(jìn)企業(yè)快速健康的發(fā)展有著重要的促進(jìn)作用，企業(yè)如何做好物流外包以及降低物流成本，實現(xiàn)物流外包成本的有效控制與企業(yè)發(fā)展的良好結(jié)合是當(dāng)前企業(yè)發(fā)展的一個重要議題，因此，研究企業(yè)物流外包，對于促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，提升中小型民營企業(yè)競爭力，具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 首先，本文對國內(nèi)外物流外包的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究，具體分析了我國企業(yè)物流外包的發(fā)展、發(fā)展動因、物流外包的意義及物流外包中的風(fēng)險，從而對物流外包有個整體的感性認(rèn)識。其次，分析了國內(nèi)物流外包的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、存在的問題，并對存在問題的原因、風(fēng)險進(jìn)行分析，從而初步掌握了國內(nèi)物流外包的整體狀況。再者，在案例分析部分，本文對物流業(yè)務(wù)外包進(jìn)行了理論的探討，合理運(yùn)用供應(yīng)鏈管理和物流外包相關(guān)理論，分析HN鋼鐵公司在物流運(yùn)作管理中所存在的問題，指出企業(yè)物流外包的必要性和改進(jìn)方向，以系統(tǒng)的觀點(diǎn)對企業(yè)物流外包體系進(jìn)行研究。全文的研究本著理論與實際相結(jié)合的原則，在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合案例進(jìn)行實證分析，力圖深入分析我國企業(yè)物流外包存在的問題，提出相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, logistics science in China has been better developed, and people pay more attention to the composition and control of logistics costs.The control and management of modern logistics is to reduce the cost of logistics, which is an urgent problem for small and medium-sized private enterprises in China.The appearance and development of third party logistics (TPL) plays an important role in reducing logistics costs and promoting the rapid and healthy development of enterprises. How to do logistics outsourcing and reduce logistics costs.It has very important practical significance.First of all, this paper studies the current situation of logistics outsourcing at home and abroad, and analyzes the development of logistics outsourcing in China, the development motivation, the significance of logistics outsourcing and the risks in logistics outsourcing.Thus there is an overall perceptual understanding of logistics outsourcing.Secondly, it analyzes the development of domestic logistics outsourcing, the existing problems, and analyzes the causes and risks of the problems, so as to preliminarily grasp the overall situation of domestic logistics outsourcing.Thirdly, in the case analysis part, this paper makes a theoretical discussion on logistics outsourcing, reasonably applies supply chain management and logistics outsourcing related theories, and analyzes the problems existing in the logistics operation management of HN Iron and Steel Company.This paper points out the necessity and improvement direction of enterprise logistics outsourcing, and studies the enterprise logistics outsourcing system from the point of view of system.Based on the principle of combining theory with practice, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the basis of theoretical analysis, and tries hard to analyze the problems existing in logistics outsourcing of Chinese enterprises and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
