S公司物資管理目標(biāo)實現(xiàn)及對策研究

【摘要】:優(yōu)化企業(yè)的物流管理流程已被當(dāng)今企業(yè)所熟知,而企業(yè)物流管理的優(yōu)化目前主要側(cè)重于兩個環(huán)節(jié):首先是供應(yīng)鏈管理,供應(yīng)鏈管理主要關(guān)注提高企業(yè)的整體競爭力,通過供應(yīng)鏈管理實現(xiàn)追求零庫存,從而降低企業(yè)生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營成本,實現(xiàn)利潤最大化,并對最終用戶的需求做靈敏反應(yīng);其次是信息化,現(xiàn)在社會是信息化社會,物流管理過程中關(guān)鍵是對信息的掌握,企業(yè)必須充分依靠現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),打造完善的數(shù)字化平臺,突破傳統(tǒng)管理模式的束縛,實現(xiàn)資源的優(yōu)化整合。 本文首先對物資管理的外延國內(nèi)外的物流觀進行了概述,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了物資管理中供應(yīng)鏈管理理論和庫存管理理論,進而對國內(nèi)外物資管理的實踐和趨勢進行了詳細(xì)分析;其次,從S公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及對物資供應(yīng)的管理需求和物資管理的目標(biāo)及內(nèi)涵兩個方面,對S公司物資管理的目標(biāo)進行了詳細(xì)闡述;然后結(jié)合S公司發(fā)展的實際對S公司物資管理過程中存在的問題進行了具體分析,并重點分析了物資管理過程中存在問題的深層次原因;最后,在對S公司物資管理存在的問題及原因進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了目標(biāo)實現(xiàn)的機制和保障措施。 本文利用現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的相關(guān)理論、方法和趨勢分析S集團在物流管理方面所面臨的問題,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的實際,提出較系統(tǒng)的提升S公司物流管理水平的可操作性方案,進一步指導(dǎo)公司物流管理的實踐,也可為類似企業(yè)的物流管理提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The optimization of enterprise logistics management process has been well known by enterprises today, and the optimization of enterprise logistics management is mainly focused on two links: first, supply chain management, supply chain management is mainly concerned with improving the overall competitiveness of enterprises.Through the supply chain management to achieve the pursuit of zero inventory, so as to reduce the cost of production and operation of enterprises, to maximize profits, and to make a sensitive response to the needs of end users.In the process of logistics management, the key is to master information. Enterprises must rely on modern information technology to build a perfect digital platform, break through the shackles of traditional management mode, and realize the optimization and integration of resources.Firstly, this paper summarizes the concept of logistics at home and abroad, then summarizes the theory of supply chain management and inventory management in material management, and then analyzes the practice and trend of material management at home and abroad in detail.Secondly, from the development strategy of S company and the management demand of the material supply and the target and connotation of the material management, the paper expounds the target of the material management of S company in detail.Then combined with the actual development of S company, the problems in the process of material management of S company are analyzed in detail, and the deep reasons of the problems in the process of material management are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of material management in S Company, this paper puts forward the mechanism and guarantee measures for the realization of the target.This paper makes use of the relevant theories, methods and trends of modern enterprise management to analyze the problems faced by S Group in logistics management, and combines the reality of enterprise management at present.This paper puts forward an operational scheme to improve the logistics management level of S Company systematically, which can further guide the practice of logistics management of the company, and can also provide a certain reference for the logistics management of similar enterprises.
