【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和能源需求量的增加,能源、環(huán)境、發(fā)展已成為當(dāng)今人類所面臨的三大主題。能源的合理開(kāi)發(fā)與利用將直接影響環(huán)境的保護(hù)和人類的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí),逐步改善能源結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)展?jié)崈裟茉词秦酱鉀Q的。 本文首先綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外分布式能源、天然氣發(fā)電、燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)聯(lián)合循環(huán)以及熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)等方面的發(fā)展和研究概況,接著介紹了以天然氣為燃料的分布式燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)聯(lián)合循環(huán)熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的組成、工作原理和財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)、盈虧平衡分析和敏感性分析等理論以及符合預(yù)測(cè)法等基本原則、內(nèi)容和方法;然后用負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)法預(yù)測(cè)了金東區(qū)域未來(lái)幾年的負(fù)荷及電量增長(zhǎng)情況,從地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、電力電量平衡、區(qū)域供熱用戶數(shù)及用熱負(fù)荷趨勢(shì)等多角度剖析建設(shè)金東燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的必要性。在深刻剖析中國(guó)環(huán)境污染及節(jié)能減排的現(xiàn)狀和面臨的形勢(shì)與任務(wù)后,從提高能源利用效率、環(huán)境保護(hù)及實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略高度,重點(diǎn)分析了該項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益;從電網(wǎng)安全可靠供電的角度,結(jié)合金東電網(wǎng)實(shí)際,認(rèn)真分析了該項(xiàng)目在能源的多樣性、電網(wǎng)的安全性、電網(wǎng)黑啟動(dòng)以及調(diào)峰等方面的作用和效益。最后得出,高負(fù)荷增長(zhǎng)下建設(shè)分布式燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)聯(lián)合循環(huán)熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目不僅具有占地小、建設(shè)周期短、發(fā)電效率高、實(shí)現(xiàn)能源梯級(jí)利用等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),而且也是提高能源的利用效率,節(jié)約能源、保護(hù)環(huán)境的必然要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the increase of energy demand, energy, environment and development have become the three major themes facing human beings.The rational development and utilization of energy will directly affect the protection of the environment and the sustainable development of human beings.Therefore, at the same time of economic development, gradually improve the energy structure, clean energy development is urgent to be solved.In this paper, the development and research of distributed energy, natural gas generation, combined cycle of gas turbine and cogeneration of heat and power are reviewed.Then it introduces the composition, working principle and financial evaluation of distributed gas turbine combined cycle cogeneration system based on natural gas, the theory of break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis, as well as the basic principles of the prediction method.Content and methods; then the load and electricity growth in Jindong District in the next few years is predicted by using the load forecasting method. From the local economic development, the electric power balance is also predicted.The necessity of building Jindong gas turbine cogeneration project is analyzed from several angles, such as the number of district heating users and the trend of heat load.After deeply analyzing the current situation of environmental pollution, energy saving and emission reduction in China, the paper analyzes the economic and environmental benefits of the project from the strategic height of improving energy utilization efficiency, environmental protection and realizing sustainable development.From the point of view of safe and reliable power supply and combining with the actual situation of Jindong Power Grid, this paper analyzes the functions and benefits of the project in such aspects as the diversity of energy sources, the security of power grid, the black-start of power grid and peak shaving.Finally, it is concluded that the construction of distributed gas turbine combined cycle cogeneration project not only has many advantages, such as small occupation, short construction period, high power generation efficiency, but also realizes energy cascade utilization.Moreover, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of energy use, save energy and protect the environment.
