【摘要】：本文以供應(yīng)鏈管理理論為基礎(chǔ)，，結(jié)合H公司的供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)踐，研究了H公司海外工廠庫存管理中的若干問題。 論文分析了H公司供應(yīng)鏈管理中預(yù)測(cè)偏差、產(chǎn)品非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、采購提前期超長(zhǎng)等問題對(duì)庫存造成的影響，并且針對(duì)上述影響因素提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化方案。 論文根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈管理理論中的皮鞭效應(yīng)(Bullwhip Effect)理論，研究了預(yù)測(cè)偏差的原因并提出通過信息共享減少預(yù)測(cè)偏差的優(yōu)化方法�；诠⿷�(yīng)鏈管理理論中考慮產(chǎn)品物流系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)（Design ForLogistics）的思想，對(duì)歐洲工廠物料通用性導(dǎo)致的庫存問題進(jìn)行分析并提出優(yōu)化方案，通過優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行部件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、使用高配置方案向下替代實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、線纜延遲制造實(shí)現(xiàn)線纜庫存標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等方法，為庫存的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化提供了解決方案�；诠⿷�(yīng)鏈運(yùn)輸決策中的運(yùn)輸成本庫存成本權(quán)衡(Trade-off)思想和庫存成本理論研究了對(duì)采購提前期的優(yōu)化，通過考慮運(yùn)輸成本與庫存成本的平衡，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)采購提前期優(yōu)化。以上基于供應(yīng)鏈管理理論的優(yōu)化方案的提出，對(duì)H公司提升供應(yīng)鏈管理水平，改善庫存有明顯幫助。 本文以H公司海外工廠庫存優(yōu)化的實(shí)際案例為研究對(duì)象，通過理論分析和實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合的分析方式，提出了實(shí)用的供應(yīng)鏈管理優(yōu)化和實(shí)施方法，為企業(yè)在庫存控制和優(yōu)化方面提供了一些基于供應(yīng)鏈管理的新思路和方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the supply chain management theory and the supply chain management practice of H Company, this paper studies some problems in H Company's overseas factory inventory management.This paper analyzes the influence of forecasting deviation, non-standardization of products and long lead time on inventory in supply chain management of H Company, and puts forward the corresponding improvement and optimization scheme in view of the above influencing factors.Based on the bullwhip effect theory in supply chain management theory, this paper studies the cause of prediction deviation and puts forward an optimization method to reduce prediction deviation through information sharing.Based on the idea of considering the design of product logistics system in supply chain management theory, the inventory problem caused by the generality of materials in European factories is analyzed and the optimization scheme is put forward. Through the optimization of product design, the parts are standardized.Using high configuration scheme to replace product standardization and cable delay manufacturing to realize cable inventory standardization provides a solution for inventory standardization.Based on the trade-off thought of transportation cost and inventory cost theory in supply chain transportation decision, this paper studies the optimization of purchasing lead time. By considering the balance between transportation cost and inventory cost, the procurement lead time is optimized.The above optimization scheme based on supply chain management theory is helpful to H company to improve supply chain management level and improve inventory.This paper takes the actual case of H company overseas factory inventory optimization as the research object, through the combination of the theory analysis and the actual situation analysis, proposed the practical supply chain management optimization and the implementation method.Some new ideas and methods based on supply chain management are provided for enterprises in inventory control and optimization.
