【摘要】：35千伏變電站從農(nóng)網(wǎng)交由生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行后,變電運(yùn)行工區(qū)在現(xiàn)有人員配備的情況下工作量加大,不便于工作的開(kāi)展。為了提高銀川供電局變電一、二次設(shè)備檢修工作的效率,確保設(shè)備的健康水平和設(shè)備的可靠性得到提升,生產(chǎn)成本進(jìn)一步降低,推動(dòng)變電站設(shè)備運(yùn)行管理及供電局經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式的深入轉(zhuǎn)變。將35千伏變電站的部分設(shè)備操作任務(wù)交由檢修工區(qū)執(zhí)行,建立檢修操作一體化模式。通過(guò)檢修操作一體化的實(shí)施,可以全面提高檢修工作效率,提升作業(yè)人員技能水平,形成一支知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)全面,工作效率高效的檢修隊(duì)伍。 對(duì)于有變電檢修工區(qū)全過(guò)程參與檢修工作的相關(guān)操作,包括檢修操作一體化工作開(kāi)展期間的運(yùn)行及異常事故處理,都交由檢修人員來(lái)進(jìn)行,其余跟運(yùn)行有關(guān)的工作保持不變。對(duì)于一次檢修工作,需要工作負(fù)責(zé)人,工作班員。對(duì)于一次操作工作,需要值班負(fù)責(zé)人,監(jiān)護(hù)人,操作人。在檢修操作一體化模式的工作中,值班負(fù)責(zé)人的職責(zé)是唯一的,不得擔(dān)任其他工作,即在一次工作中,值班負(fù)責(zé)人不得兼任工作負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行工作,工作負(fù)責(zé)人同樣不得兼任值班負(fù)責(zé)人。操作人、監(jiān)護(hù)人與工作負(fù)責(zé)人、工作班員在履行完相應(yīng)手續(xù)后可以相互兼任。對(duì)于檢修操作一體化人員來(lái)講,在不再增加人員的情況下,就可以完成一次檢修工作的停、送電以及檢修工作,雖然對(duì)于檢修人員的工作量增大了,但極大的減少了工作人數(shù),提高了工作效率。 35千伏變電站操作檢修一體化采用‘綜合檢修”理念開(kāi)展“規(guī)模作業(yè)”,從根本上杜絕了重復(fù)停電,為運(yùn)行工作減負(fù)增效,為培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型人才提供平臺(tái),它體現(xiàn)了檢修管理模式的升華和體制的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The 35 thousand volt substation from the rural production. After the operation, the substation area increase the workload in the existing staffing situation, carry out not easy work. In order to improve the power supply bureau of Yinchuan substation, efficiency two equipment maintenance work, to ensure the reliability of the equipment and the health level has been improved, the production cost is further reduced and promote the further transformation of substation equipment operation management and management mode of Power Supply Bureau. Some of the equipment operation task executed by the 35 thousand volt substation maintenance work area, establish maintenance operation integration mode. Through the implementation of maintenance operation integration, can improve maintenance efficiency, improve the operation skill level, the formation of a comprehensive knowledge structure the maintenance team, work efficiency high.
For substation maintenance operation in the whole process of maintenance work, including maintenance work carried out during the operation of integrated operation and abnormal accident treatment, given by maintenance personnel to run, with the rest of the work remains unchanged. For a maintenance work, need to work for, work for a class member. The operation work requires the responsible person on duty, the guardian, the operator. In the maintenance operation mode integration work, the responsible person on duty duty is only, shall not hold any other work in a work, the responsible person on duty shall serve as the responsible person, the responsible person also shall serve as the responsible person on duty operation, the guardian and the person in charge of the work, working class members in each other concurrently fulfill the corresponding formalities for maintenance operation. The 35 thousand volt substation operation and maintenance integration by "comprehensive overhaul" to carry out the concept of "scale", fundamentally eliminate the repeated power outages, for operating burdens, to provide a platform for training talents, it embodies the sublimation and system maintenance management mode innovation.
