GS公司績效管理方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,企業(yè)之間的競爭已經(jīng)從資本、產(chǎn)品等層面過渡到了人力資源層面,只有那些擁有良好的人力資源且將人力資源的作用充分加以發(fā)揮的企業(yè),才能夠在激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中樹立持久的競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)?冃Ч芾碜鳛槿肆Y源管理的重要模塊之一,運(yùn)用得當(dāng),將能夠充分發(fā)揮人力資源這一企業(yè)最重要資源帶給企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要作用,越來越多的企業(yè)管理者開始認(rèn)同績效管理的作用,并在績效管理方面進(jìn)行了大量有益探索。長期以來,我國電動(dòng)車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)一直處于一個(gè)粗放發(fā)展的階段,眾多電動(dòng)車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在績效管理方面還處于一個(gè)起步階段,加上績效管理本身的復(fù)雜性,很多電動(dòng)車企業(yè)的績效管理并沒有取得預(yù)期的效果,由此影響到了企業(yè)的績效水平。伴隨著電動(dòng)車生產(chǎn)行業(yè)競爭的不斷加劇,眾多電動(dòng)車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)紛紛在提升管理水平時(shí)引入績效管理體系,希望能夠給企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)的提升注入更多的能量。鑒于此,有必要對(duì)績效管理這一課題進(jìn)行研究,希望通過本研究來為企業(yè)績效管理水平的提升做出有益探索。本文基于績效這一研究視角,選擇GS公司為研究對(duì)象,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、個(gè)案研究等方法,在對(duì)該企業(yè)績效管理過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行全面分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)問題背后的原因進(jìn)行了深入的挖掘,在此基礎(chǔ)之上提出了績效管理的優(yōu)化策略。 本文共分為五章。第一章為緒論,首先介紹了本文的選題背景及意義,接下來歸納分析了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究文獻(xiàn),最后闡述了本課題的研究思路與方法。第二章為相關(guān)理論綜述,重點(diǎn)對(duì)績效管理這一核心概念進(jìn)行了界定,并對(duì)績效管理方法以及績效管理和績效考核的區(qū)別進(jìn)行了總結(jié)闡述。第三章為案例分析,通過對(duì)GS公司績效管理現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,依據(jù)績效管理的流程,對(duì)績效管理各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的所存在的問題進(jìn)行了探討,并分析了原因。第四章為GS公司績效管理方案設(shè)計(jì),本章對(duì)該公司績效管理的總體思路、指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)、流程優(yōu)化、結(jié)果運(yùn)用等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了概括。第五章為結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, competition among enterprises has been transferred from capital, product and other aspects to human resources. Only those enterprises that have good human resources and give full play to the role of human resources,In order to establish a lasting competitive advantage in the fierce market environment.As one of the important modules of human resource management, performance management can give full play to the important role of human resource, which is the most important resource of enterprise, in the development of enterprise.More and more corporate managers begin to recognize the role of performance management, and a lot of beneficial exploration in performance management.For a long time, electric vehicle manufacturing enterprises in China have been in an extensive development stage, many electric vehicle production enterprises in the performance management is still in a starting stage, plus the complexity of performance management itself.The performance management of many electric vehicle enterprises has not achieved the expected effect, which has affected the performance level of the enterprises.With the increasing competition in the electric vehicle manufacturing industry, many electric vehicle manufacturing enterprises have introduced performance management system in order to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises to inject more energy.In view of this, it is necessary to study the subject of performance management, hoping to make a beneficial exploration for the improvement of enterprise performance management level through this research.Based on the research perspective of performance, this paper chooses GS Company as the research object, synthetically uses the literature research, the case study and so on, carries on the comprehensive analysis to the enterprise performance management process question.The reasons behind the problem are deeply excavated, and the optimization strategy of performance management is put forward.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction, first introduces the background and significance of this topic, then summarizes and analyzes the relevant research literature at home and abroad, and finally describes the research ideas and methods of this topic.The second chapter is a review of relevant theories, focusing on the definition of the core concept of performance management, and the performance management methods and the differences between performance management and performance appraisal.The third chapter is the case analysis, through the GS company performance management present situation and the existence question has carried on the analysis, according to the performance management flow, has carried on the discussion to the performance management each link question, and has analyzed the reason.The fourth chapter is the GS company performance management scheme design, this chapter of the company performance management of the overall thinking, index design, process optimization, the application of results are summarized.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
