【摘要】：鐵法能源公司往往處在一個相對封閉的環(huán)境、相對穩(wěn)定的隊伍和相對穩(wěn)定的效益中，存在著小富即安、滿足現(xiàn)狀的思潮，嚴(yán)重制約著鐵法能源公司追求卓越、挺進(jìn)全國煤炭行業(yè)第二集團(tuán)軍戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。引入對標(biāo)管理機(jī)制，通過內(nèi)外對標(biāo)，解放思想，更新觀念，轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)制，是實現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的內(nèi)在要求。 對標(biāo)管理的實質(zhì)是以優(yōu)秀榜樣為目標(biāo)找差距、增效益的方法和過程，對鐵法能源公司充分調(diào)動各個生產(chǎn)要素的積極性并實現(xiàn)動態(tài)的最佳組合，，提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，能夠發(fā)揮積極有效的作用。 論文結(jié)合企業(yè)對標(biāo)管理，探討鐵法能源公司對標(biāo)管理模式的構(gòu)建，著重分析對標(biāo)管理模式的框架體系、對標(biāo)管理模式的基本理念、對標(biāo)管理模式的運行機(jī)制、對標(biāo)管理模式的主要任務(wù)及對標(biāo)管理模式的規(guī)范程序等方面。以此為指導(dǎo)完成鐵法能源公司標(biāo)桿甄選與指標(biāo)體系建設(shè)，并論證了標(biāo)桿甄選、指標(biāo)體系的確定和指標(biāo)分析的具體方式與步驟。 論文提出了鐵法能源公司對標(biāo)管理工作考核的關(guān)鍵任務(wù)，全面闡釋對標(biāo)考核的組織與管理、對標(biāo)管理考核的程序、對標(biāo)指標(biāo)評價的一般方法、對標(biāo)指標(biāo)考核計分方法等。 進(jìn)而，論文提出了鐵法能源公司對標(biāo)管理的保障措施，論述了對標(biāo)管理組織架構(gòu)、對標(biāo)管理實施的信息技術(shù)平臺以及對標(biāo)管理崗位精細(xì)化管理等方面對企業(yè)提高基礎(chǔ)管理水平、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要作用。
[Abstract]:Tiefa energy companies are often in a relatively closed environment, relatively stable teams and relatively stable benefits. There is a trend of thought to satisfy the status quo, which seriously restricts the iron law energy companies in their pursuit of excellence.Advance into the national coal industry the second group army strategic goal realization.It is the internal requirement to realize the strategic goal of the enterprise to introduce the management mechanism of counterpoint management, emancipate the mind, renew the idea and change the mechanism through the internal and external counterpoint.The essence of the standard management is to find the gap and increase the benefit with the excellent example, to arouse the enthusiasm of each factor of production and to realize the best dynamic combination, and to improve the economic benefit of the enterprise.Can play a positive and effective role.This paper discusses the construction of the management mode of tiefa energy company in combination with the management of the enterprise standard, and analyzes the frame system of the management mode, the basic concept of the management mode, and the operation mechanism of the management mode.The main task of the standard management mode and the standard procedure of the standard management mode.This is the guide to complete the benchmarking selection and index system construction of Tiefa Energy Company, and demonstrate the concrete ways and steps of benchmarking selection, determination of index system and index analysis.The paper puts forward the key task of the evaluation of the standard management in the iron energy company, explains the organization and management of the standard assessment, the procedure of the standard management assessment, the general method of the evaluation of the standard index, the method of scoring the assessment of the standard index and so on.Then, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of the standard management of the iron law energy company, and discusses the organization structure of the standard management, the information technology platform for the implementation of the standard management, and the fine management of the standard management post to improve the basic management level of the enterprise.The important role of sustainable development.
