【摘要】：精細(xì)化管理作為一種新型管理模式，目前已經(jīng)被部分石油企業(yè)的社區(qū)所應(yīng)用且已經(jīng)取得了相當(dāng)?shù)某尚�。本文從精�?xì)化管理視角出發(fā)，針對(duì)勝利油田濱南社區(qū)管理的現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究，并提出精細(xì)化管理的一些改善型的對(duì)策，具有一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，希望能夠?yàn)槠渌值苌鐓^(qū)的建設(shè)和完善提供良好的借鑒。 本文共分為六章，，第一章前言部分明確了本文的研究背景和研究意義，分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，論證了本文的可行性；第二章詳細(xì)闡釋了精細(xì)化管理和社區(qū)管理的基本理論，為全文的論述奠定理論基礎(chǔ)；第三章勝利油田濱南社區(qū)管理現(xiàn)狀，詳細(xì)論述了勝利油田濱南社區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀、其管理機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀，分析了其建設(shè)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題；第四章在前文的基礎(chǔ)上提出了勝利油田濱南社區(qū)精細(xì)化管理改進(jìn)的必要性和可行性；第五章則進(jìn)一步提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)和建議；第六章提出了濱南社區(qū)精細(xì)化管理實(shí)施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:As a new management mode, refined management has been used by some petroleum enterprises and has achieved considerable results.From the perspective of fine management, this paper studies the present situation and existing problems of Binnan community management in Shengli Oilfield, and puts forward some improving countermeasures of fine management, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.Hope to provide good reference for the construction and improvement of other fraternal communities.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first part of the preface clarifies the research background and significance of this paper, analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and demonstrates the feasibility of this paper. The second chapter explains the basic theory of fine management and community management in detail.The third chapter discusses the present situation of Binnan community management in Shengli Oilfield, discusses in detail the present situation of Binnan Community in Shengli Oilfield, its management mechanism, and analyzes the problems in the process of construction.The fourth chapter puts forward the necessity and feasibility of improving the fine management of Binnan community in Shengli Oilfield on the basis of the above, the fifth chapter further puts forward the corresponding suggestions and suggestions.The sixth chapter puts forward the safeguard measures to implement the fine management of Binnan community.
