基于環(huán)境物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的ZM公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化加速發(fā)展,環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,民眾對(duì)水、空氣和土壤等環(huán)境質(zhì)量日益關(guān)注,這給環(huán)境科技企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了巨大的市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇。ZM公司是一家基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)科技公司,尚處于創(chuàng)業(yè)階段,面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),制定適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系到ZM公司的生存和發(fā)展,是一個(gè)必須解決的問(wèn)題。論文以ZM公司當(dāng)前的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為案例,系統(tǒng)分析了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳感技術(shù)的環(huán)境科技企業(yè)在未來(lái)的戰(zhàn)略管理思路。論文首先介紹了ZM公司行業(yè)背景和ZM公司發(fā)展歷程,然后介紹行業(yè)基本概念和戰(zhàn)略基本理論,對(duì)ZM公司外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,從企業(yè)內(nèi)部的資源和能力分析入手,應(yīng)用價(jià)值鏈分析找到公司的核心價(jià)值。通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的分析,結(jié)合SWOT模型和BCG矩陣,分析了當(dāng)前公司在企業(yè)文化,人才戰(zhàn)略,科技創(chuàng)新,技術(shù)服務(wù)和組織結(jié)構(gòu)上的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),提出了ZM公司的備選戰(zhàn)略。通過(guò)QSMP矩陣,確定了公司5年的擴(kuò)張型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思路,包括公司目標(biāo),活動(dòng)范圍,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)方式和資源安排等。作為戰(zhàn)略的一部分,戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施不可或缺,結(jié)合公司的核心能力和資源安排,提出相應(yīng)的實(shí)施措施,主要包括人力資源發(fā)展、企業(yè)文化建設(shè),企業(yè)研發(fā)思路,引入外部資本等。研究成果對(duì)剛創(chuàng)業(yè)的科技公司具有重要意義,針對(duì)小型科技公司財(cái)力和人力資源稟賦不足的條件下,采取集中化戰(zhàn)略和差異化策略,通過(guò)整合企業(yè)內(nèi)外部資源,通過(guò)業(yè)務(wù)外包和結(jié)盟,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy, the accelerated development of industrialization and urbanization, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. People are paying more and more attention to the environmental quality of water, air and soil.This provides an enormous market opportunity for the development of environmental science and technology enterprises. ZM is an environmental monitoring technology company based on the Internet of things, which is still in the entrepreneurial stage and faces fierce market competition.It is a problem that must be solved to make a strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise, which is related to the survival and development of ZM Company.Taking the current development strategy of ZM Company as an example, this paper systematically analyzes the strategic management ideas of environmental science and technology enterprises based on the Internet of things sensor technology in the future.Firstly, the paper introduces the background of ZM Company and the development course of ZM Company, then introduces the basic concept of industry and the basic theory of strategy, analyzes the external environment of ZM Company, and starts with the analysis of internal resources and capability of ZM Company.Apply value chain analysis to find out the core value of the company.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, combined with the SWOT model and BCG matrix, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current company in terms of corporate culture, talent strategy, scientific and technological innovation, technical service and organizational structure, and puts forward the alternative strategy of ZM Company.Through the QSMP matrix, the author determines the strategic thinking of the company's expansionary development for 5 years, including the company's goal, scope of activities, competition mode and resource arrangement.As a part of the strategy, the implementation of the strategy is indispensable. Combined with the core competence and resource arrangement of the company, the corresponding implementation measures are put forward, including the development of human resources, the construction of corporate culture, the train of thought of enterprise research and development, the introduction of external capital and so on.The research results are of great significance to the newly established science and technology companies. Under the condition that the financial and human resources of the small technology companies are insufficient, the centralized strategy and the differentiation strategy are adopted to integrate the internal and external resources of the enterprises.Through business outsourcing and alliance, to achieve rapid development of enterprises.
