【摘要】：鹽津鋪?zhàn)邮称酚邢薰臼呛弦患覍?zhuān)業(yè)從事休閑食品科研、生產(chǎn)、加工、銷(xiāo)售于一體的大型現(xiàn)代化綜合型企業(yè)。隨著休閑食品產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇，如何制定休閑食品發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，使得企業(yè)從容面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，成為公司必須解決的重大問(wèn)題。 本文通過(guò)應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略管理、人力資源、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等理論，運(yùn)用波特五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型、SWOT分析等戰(zhàn)略管理工具，系統(tǒng)地分析了公司產(chǎn)品面臨的外部環(huán)境和企業(yè)自身?yè)碛械馁Y源，在總結(jié)企業(yè)面臨的外部機(jī)遇與威脅的基礎(chǔ)上，仔細(xì)分析鹽津鋪?zhàn)邮称酚邢薰井a(chǎn)保持并提高鹽津鋪?zhàn)邮称酚邢薰驹谛蓍e食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的地位。產(chǎn)品發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)的工程，涉及到企業(yè)管理的多方面內(nèi)容。如果一個(gè)方面沒(méi)有安排好，可能導(dǎo)致整個(gè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的失敗，因此要從多個(gè)方面提出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施。在技術(shù)保障方面，企業(yè)的技術(shù)需要從技術(shù)引進(jìn)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、合作開(kāi)發(fā)三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行提升；在人力資源保障方面，要積極引進(jìn)人才，豐富的人力資源基礎(chǔ)是企業(yè)發(fā)展不可或缺的因素，對(duì)招聘的員工根據(jù)企業(yè)發(fā)展的需求進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，合理使用人力資源，對(duì)員工進(jìn)行正確的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃；此外，，發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施還需要其他保障措施，如從企業(yè)融資、信息發(fā)展和品牌發(fā)展和強(qiáng)化方面提供支持。 本文研究具有一定理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義，能作為國(guó)內(nèi)其他食品企業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒，部分經(jīng)驗(yàn)和發(fā)展思路可供參考。
[Abstract]:Yanjin Shop Food Co., Ltd. is a large-scale modern comprehensive enterprise specialized in scientific research, production, processing and marketing of snack food in Hunan Province. With the intensification of competition in the snack food industry, how to formulate the development strategy of snack food, Make the enterprise face fierce market competition calmly, become the important problem that the company must solve. By applying the theories of strategic management, human resources and economics, and using the strategic management tools such as Porter's five-force competitive model and SWOT analysis, this paper systematically analyzes the external environment faced by the company's products and the resources owned by the enterprises themselves. On the basis of summing up the external opportunities and threats faced by enterprises, It is a systematic project to analyze carefully the production of Yanchin Shop Food Co., Ltd., to maintain and improve the position of Yanchin Shop Food Co., Ltd in the snack food industry. The formulation and implementation of the product development strategy is a systematic project. If one aspect is not arranged well, it may lead to the failure of the whole development strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the development strategy from many aspects. Enterprises need to upgrade their technology from the three aspects of technology introduction, technological innovation and cooperative development. In terms of human resources security, it is necessary to actively introduce talents, and a rich human resource base is an indispensable factor for the development of enterprises. Training the recruited staff according to the needs of the enterprise development, using human resources rationally and making correct career planning for the employees; in addition, the implementation of the development strategy also requires other safeguards, such as financing from the enterprise. Support information development and brand development and enhancement. This study has some theoretical value and practical significance, and can be used as a reference for other food enterprises in China, and some experiences and development ideas can be used for reference.
