中國汽車企業(yè)的研發(fā)投入與經(jīng)濟效益研究

【摘要】:“十二五”規(guī)劃強調(diào)加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式,開創(chuàng)科學(xué)發(fā)展新局面,以及發(fā)展現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力。汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟建設(shè)和開展的五大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,如何發(fā)揮其龍頭老大作用,推進經(jīng)濟建設(shè)更穩(wěn)健更健康地發(fā)展,關(guān)鍵在于如何提升名族產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體競爭實力,核心在于如何提高研發(fā)投入,將資金引導(dǎo)向研究和開發(fā)中去。 中國的汽車市場將越來越成為各跨國企業(yè)的銷售重心和利潤來源,已經(jīng)成為全世界各國的共識,面對越來越激烈的來自各國知名品牌的競爭,如何發(fā)展和穩(wěn)固市場競爭地位,已經(jīng)越來越難以依賴政府的行政手段和當(dāng)?shù)乇Wo主義,更為切實際地是如何通過提煉自身的“內(nèi)功”,發(fā)揮其重管理成體系的研發(fā)功能。 本文針對中國汽車工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,通過對20家主營業(yè)務(wù)為整車制造和銷售的上市公司的財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,剔除數(shù)據(jù)量不足的樣本3家,對17家企業(yè)的1999年至2012年的數(shù)據(jù)進行整理,建立起研發(fā)投入強度與經(jīng)濟效益的計量模型,應(yīng)用面板數(shù)據(jù)的固定效應(yīng)估值方法,目的是為了考察研發(fā)投入與經(jīng)濟效益之間的顯著相關(guān)性。在計量模型的運算過程中同時發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)的性質(zhì)對于經(jīng)濟效益之間同樣存在非常顯著的相關(guān)性。進一步論述了在中國現(xiàn)存的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展格局下,引進外資和開發(fā)技術(shù),是提高經(jīng)濟效益的有效手段,證明了中國目前汽車合資模式存在的合理性。 最后,向汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)職能部門提出了政策建議。在這樣的既要發(fā)展民族自主品牌,又要確保企業(yè)的生存能力和市場競爭地位的兩難局面下,提出了要通過引導(dǎo)和實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的合并和重組,發(fā)揮規(guī)模經(jīng)濟效應(yīng),是效仿國外發(fā)達(dá)汽車工業(yè)國家,是中國未來汽車工業(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan emphasizes speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development, creating a new phase of scientific development, and developing the modern industrial system and improving the core competitiveness of the industry. The automobile industry is one of the five pillar industries in economic construction and development. How to give play to its leading role and promote the economic construction to develop more steadily and healthily, the key lies in how to enhance the overall competitive strength of the famous industry, the core is how to improve the R & D investment and how to guide the funds to the research and development. The automobile market in China will become the selling center and profit source of multinational enterprises more and more. It has become the consensus of all countries all over the world. In the face of the increasingly fierce competition from well-known brands in various countries, how to develop and stabilize the competitive position in the market? It has become more and more difficult to rely on the administrative means of the government and local protectionism, more practical is how to refine their own "internal work", play its re-management into a system of research and development function. In view of the current situation of China's automobile industry, this paper analyzes the financial data of 20 listed companies whose main business is the manufacture and sale of whole vehicles, and excludes 3 samples with insufficient data. The data of 17 enterprises from 1999 to 2012 were sorted out, and the measurement model of R & D investment intensity and economic benefit was established, and the fixed effect valuation method of panel data was applied. The purpose is to investigate the significant correlation between R & D investment and economic benefits. There is also a very significant correlation between the nature of the enterprise and the economic benefits. It is further discussed that under the existing pattern of development of the automobile industry in China, the introduction of foreign capital and the development of technology are effective means to improve economic efficiency. It proves the rationality of China's automobile joint venture mode at present. Finally, it puts forward policy recommendations to the relevant functional departments of the automobile industry. Under such a dilemma of developing national independent brands and ensuring the survival ability of enterprises and market competition position, It is pointed out that it is the only way for the future development of Chinese automobile industry to emulate the developed countries of automobile industry in foreign countries to guide and realize the merger and reorganization of enterprises and bring into play the effect of economies of scale.
