基于TRIZ與QFD的納米碳酸鈣制備裝置改良設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:納米碳酸鈣是一種重要的無機(jī)化工產(chǎn)品,從上世紀(jì)80年代開始,納米碳酸鈣在我國已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)化,不同的炭化方法應(yīng)運而生,規(guī)模越來越大,生產(chǎn)的持續(xù)增長,應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域不斷擴(kuò)大。隨著我國化工工業(yè)的發(fā)展,對于納米碳酸鈣晶型、品種、改性工藝等提出了更高的要求。因此,與之配套的納米碳酸鈣制備裝置性能的提高、生產(chǎn)率和產(chǎn)品精細(xì)化生產(chǎn)的能力提高,便是擺在我們面前亟待解決的問題。 對于化工設(shè)備領(lǐng)域,裝置的設(shè)計往往依附于其制備方法體系。由于其行業(yè)的特殊性,化工行業(yè)設(shè)備投資大、規(guī)模大、使用時間長,使得一種制備方法在工業(yè)化以后鮮有設(shè)備上的改進(jìn)。而由于投資規(guī)模的龐大,新的技術(shù)工藝又無法快速普及,這就為設(shè)備的改進(jìn)設(shè)計——用少量的投資帶來大的改進(jìn)——提供了很大的空間。 本文將目前產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中流行的設(shè)計方法:QFD設(shè)計理論和TRIZ理論結(jié)合,首次應(yīng)用于化工機(jī)械的納米碳酸鈣設(shè)備改進(jìn)設(shè)計中,對納米碳酸鈣制備設(shè)備進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)設(shè)計,解決了噴霧法制備納米碳酸鈣設(shè)備普遍存在的噴嘴堵塞問題,以及納米碳酸鈣反應(yīng)溫度等沖突,具有創(chuàng)新性和進(jìn)步意義,同時也為化工機(jī)械領(lǐng)域的設(shè)備改進(jìn)設(shè)計提供了一條新思路。
[Abstract]:Nano-calcium carbonate is an important inorganic chemical product. Since the 1980s, nano-calcium carbonate has been industrialized in China. Different carbonization methods have emerged as the times require. With the development of chemical industry in China, higher requirements have been put forward for nano-CaCO3 crystal type, variety, modification process, etc. Therefore, the performance of the corresponding nano-CaCO3 preparation unit has been improved. The improvement of productivity and the ability of fine production is the problem that needs to be solved urgently in front of us. For the chemical equipment field, the plant design often depends on its preparation method system. Because of its industry particularity, the chemical industry equipment investment is large, the scale is large, the use time is long, It makes a preparation method rarely improve on equipment after industrialization, and because of the scale of investment, the new technology can not be popularized quickly. This provides a lot of room for improving the design of the equipment-big improvements with a small amount of investment. In this paper, the popular design method in product design is combined with the TRIZ theory, and it is applied to the improvement design of nano-calcium carbonate equipment in chemical machinery for the first time, and the preparation equipment of nano-calcium carbonate is improved. The problems of nozzle blockage and reaction temperature of nano-CaCO _ 3 prepared by spray method are solved, which is of innovative and progressive significance. At the same time, it also provides a new idea for the equipment improvement design in the field of chemical machinery.
