【摘要】：物資是企業(yè)正常運營的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)，供電企業(yè)物資需求量大，實效性強，直接影響企業(yè)的運行成本。對于企業(yè)整個物流過程中的每一個環(huán)節(jié)而言，無論是物資采購，還是物資的裝卸、運輸、配送等都離不開庫存。簡而言之，庫存已經(jīng)滲透到整個物流系統(tǒng)的每一個環(huán)節(jié)中。目前，大型企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理過程中，都非常重視庫存優(yōu)化工作。庫存管理是一項巨大昂貴的投資，，需要支付巨額的成本。通過庫存優(yōu)化努力減少庫存并降低庫存成本，甚至追求零庫存是庫存管理乃至物流管理的中心與終極目標。本文主要針對供電企業(yè)庫存積壓狀況而展開的，主要目標是采用合理的方法降低庫存積壓，使庫存物資優(yōu)化到合理水平上，降低庫存資金占用，提高供電企業(yè)運行效率及競爭力。 根據(jù)精益管理理論，結(jié)合供電企業(yè)倉儲管理工作實際情況，采用六西格瑪數(shù)據(jù)分析方法，對倉儲物資管理中出現(xiàn)的問題進行了精細化的定義、測量、分析及改進。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下： ⑴三大類物資：備品備件、待分配物資和在建項目物資是倉儲物資的主要構(gòu)成，是降低庫存積壓的分析重點，對于倉儲物資現(xiàn)狀分析有重要意義。 ⑵對備品備件庫存特性進行分析，進而確定備品備件合理庫存計算模型。 ⑶確定異常退料界定與控制方法，采用雷達圖分析確定異常退料控制指標及其措施。 ⑷對在建物資庫存結(jié)構(gòu)分析，確定合理利用及處理積壓物資措施，通過提高庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率實現(xiàn)在建物資庫存量最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:The material is the material foundation of the normal operation of the enterprise, the material demand of the power supply enterprise is large, the actual effect is strong, it directly affects the running cost of the enterprise. For every link in the whole logistics process of the enterprise, no matter it is the material purchase, Or material handling, transportation, distribution and so on can not be separated from inventory. In short, inventory has penetrated into every link of the whole logistics system. At present, in the process of operation and management of large enterprises, Inventory management is a huge and expensive investment that requires huge costs. Through inventory optimization efforts to reduce inventory and reduce inventory costs, Even pursuing zero inventory is the center and ultimate goal of inventory management and logistics management. To optimize the inventory to a reasonable level, reduce the stock capital occupation, improve the operation efficiency and competitiveness of power supply enterprises. According to lean management theory, combined with the actual situation of storage management in power supply enterprises, this paper uses six Sigma data analysis method to define and measure the problems in warehouse material management. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1 three categories of materials: spare parts, materials to be distributed and items under construction are the main components of storage materials, which is the focus of analysis to reduce the inventory backlog, which is of great significance to the analysis of the current situation of storage materials. 2 analyzing the inventory characteristics of spare parts, and then determining the reasonable inventory calculation model of spare parts. (3) the method of defining and controlling abnormal material return is determined, and the control index and measure of abnormal material return are determined by radar chart analysis. (4) analyzing the stock structure of the materials under construction, determining the measures of reasonable utilization and disposal of the backlog, and realizing the optimal inventory of the goods under construction by increasing the turnover rate of the inventory.
