【摘要】：江西作為金屬材料大省,資源優(yōu)勢突出,具備良好的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)；產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模增長勢頭強(qiáng)勁,形成了江銅集團(tuán)、新鋼股份、江鎢集團(tuán)、虔東稀土、章源鎢業(yè)等一批骨干企業(yè)；建立了較為完整的工業(yè)體系和比較雄厚的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。然而,隨著我國加入WTO,對外開放程度不斷提高,國內(nèi)外競爭壓力增大；同時,江西金屬新材料工業(yè)資源優(yōu)勢正在減弱、整體技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)比較薄弱、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不夠合理、生態(tài)環(huán)境面臨挑戰(zhàn)等問題依然突出。 本文運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)培育的經(jīng)典理論,借鑒國內(nèi)外戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析江西金屬新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,力圖尋找出影響江西省金屬新材料成長的因素,重點(diǎn)從全要素生產(chǎn)率貢獻(xiàn)率、所有制結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、外商直接投資和外貿(mào)出口等角度研究它們對金屬材料工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的推動作用；綜合定性和定量分析結(jié)論,探討江西省金屬新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)培育基本路徑,提出產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方向和重點(diǎn),以及加快產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的諸如“加強(qiáng)金屬礦產(chǎn)勘查、延伸深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、扶持民營企業(yè)、發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、加快科技創(chuàng)新、擴(kuò)大對外開放”等對策建議。
[Abstract]:Jiangxi, as a large province of metal materials, has outstanding resource advantages and good industrial foundation, and has a strong growth momentum in industrial scale, forming a number of backbone enterprises, such as Jiang Copper Group, New Steel Group, Jiang Tungsten Group, Qiandong rare Earth, Zhangyuan Tungsten Industry, etc. A relatively complete industrial system and a relatively strong material foundation have been established. However, with China's accession to the WTO, the degree of opening to the outside world is increasing, and the domestic and foreign competitive pressure is increasing. At the same time, the advantages of Jiangxi metal new materials industry resources are weakening. The whole technology foundation is relatively weak, the industrial structure is not reasonable, the ecological environment faces the challenge and so on the question is still outstanding. Based on the classical theory of industrial cultivation and the experience of strategic emerging industries at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the present situation of metal new materials industry in Jiangxi Province, and tries to find out the factors that affect the growth of new metal materials in Jiangxi Province. The contribution rate of total factor productivity, the adjustment of ownership structure, the foreign direct investment and the export of foreign trade to promote the economic growth of metal materials industry are studied. This paper probes into the basic path of cultivating the industry of new metal materials in Jiangxi Province, puts forward the direction and emphasis of industrial development, and accelerates the development of industries such as "strengthening the exploration of metal minerals, extending the industrial chain of deep processing, supporting private enterprises and developing circular economy". Speed up scientific and technological innovation, open wider to the outside world, and other countermeasures and suggestions.
