HW公司的轉(zhuǎn)型升級研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國沿海眾多中小企業(yè)依托優(yōu)越的地緣位置和廉價的勞動力成本等優(yōu)勢,為國外企業(yè)進(jìn)行代工生產(chǎn),在全球價值鏈中生產(chǎn)制造環(huán)節(jié)占據(jù)了重要的位置,為推動當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展做出了極大的貢獻(xiàn),其中玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)就是其中的代表。然而受2008年全球金融危機影響,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)普通低迷,國外市場需求持續(xù)萎縮,國際貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義盛行,企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營成本不斷加大,,我國眾多玩具代工生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)出口受阻,生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營受到巨大沖擊,甚至導(dǎo)致了不少玩具企業(yè)虧損倒閉。在全球價值鏈中處于底端位置的代工企業(yè)往往存在缺乏經(jīng)營自主權(quán)、缺乏自主品牌、缺乏核心競爭力的問題,如何推動代工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,使企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)向價值鏈底端向兩邊延升走向高端,一直是廣大代工企業(yè)關(guān)注的問題。本文案例涉及的企業(yè)HW公司在全球金融危機下逆勢成長,取得了較好的發(fā)展業(yè)績,其轉(zhuǎn)型升級過程在我國玩具代工企業(yè)中具有一定的代表性和借鑒意義。本文在回顧企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級理論文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,以HW公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級過程為主線,結(jié)合全球價值鏈相關(guān)理論以及代工模式理論分析該公司在金融危機下轉(zhuǎn)型升級的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部環(huán)境,企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的路選擇,總結(jié)其發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗,給其它玩具OEM生產(chǎn)企業(yè)升級以借鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, many small and medium-sized enterprises along the coast of our country, relying on the advantages of superior geographical location and cheap labor costs, have been engaged in contract manufacturing for foreign enterprises, and have occupied an important position in the production and manufacturing links in the global value chain. It has made a great contribution to promoting the rapid development of the local economy, among which the toy industry is the representative. However, under the influence of the 2008 global financial crisis, the global economy is generally depressed, and the foreign market demand continues to shrink. With the prevalence of international trade protectionism and the increasing production and operation costs of enterprises, the export of many toy contract manufacturing enterprises in China has been blocked, and the production and operation have been greatly impacted. Even led to the loss of many toy companies. In the global value chain at the bottom of the contract enterprises often lack of operational autonomy, lack of independent brands, lack of core competitiveness, how to promote the transformation and upgrading of contract enterprises. It has always been the concern of the contract enterprises to make the business rise to the bottom of the value chain and to the high end. The HW company, which is an enterprise involved in this paper, has grown against the trend under the global financial crisis, and has achieved good development results. The process of transformation and upgrading has certain representativeness and reference significance in the toy contract manufacturing enterprises of our country. Based on the review of the theoretical literature on the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, this paper takes the transformation and upgrading process of HW Company as the main line. Combined with the theory of global value chain and the theory of contract manufacturing mode, this paper analyzes the external environment, internal environment and the choice of the way of enterprise transformation and upgrading under the financial crisis, and summarizes the successful experience of its development. To upgrade other toy OEM manufacturers for reference and inspiration.
