諾力機(jī)械人力資源培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今的時(shí)代是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代,企業(yè)之間的競爭已經(jīng)不僅僅是生產(chǎn)力的競爭,而是人才的競爭。在我國,人力資源在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用日趨明顯。許多企業(yè)也已經(jīng)逐漸意識(shí)到人力資源的重要性,為了提高其在市場中的競爭力,這些企業(yè)通過不斷摸索試圖找出一條人力資源開發(fā)的有效途徑。員工培訓(xùn)作為人力資源開發(fā)中不可缺少的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)在整個(gè)過程中起著舉足輕重的作用。然而,國內(nèi)很多民營企業(yè)的管理體系已經(jīng)無法跟上其發(fā)展的速度,加上企業(yè)自身規(guī)模的限制與各種制度的落后,使得員工培訓(xùn)在很多企業(yè)中難以取得有效的成果。在這種情況下,員工的素質(zhì)無法跟上企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,嚴(yán)重制約了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,建立一套適合自身特點(diǎn)的培訓(xùn)體系對(duì)每個(gè)企業(yè)來說都是至關(guān)重要的。 本文以浙江諾力機(jī)械股份有限公司為實(shí)例,對(duì)其員工培訓(xùn)體系展開剖析,通過問卷調(diào)查,觀察等方法,找出企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)體系所存在的缺陷,并結(jié)合所學(xué)到的知識(shí),提出一系列優(yōu)化方案.在文章流程上,本文針對(duì)不同崗位員工的培訓(xùn)特點(diǎn)分別從培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,培訓(xùn)需求分析,培訓(xùn)投入和培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行再設(shè)計(jì),并從組織內(nèi)部人員的支持、培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費(fèi)保障、激勵(lì)機(jī)制和服務(wù)制度等方面闡明了確保優(yōu)化方案實(shí)施所需采取的配套措施。旨在能夠有效地幫助企業(yè)提高人力資源的開發(fā)力度,為企業(yè)培養(yǎng)出高素質(zhì)的人才,同時(shí)也能對(duì)其他同類型的企業(yè)起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The present era is the era of knowledge economy, the competition between enterprises is not only productive competition, but the competition of talents. In our country, the role of human resources in the development of the modern enterprise is becoming more and more obvious. Many enterprises have gradually realized the importance of human resources, in order to improve its competitiveness in the market, these enterprises we try to find an effective way to explore the development of human resources. Through staff training as an indispensable link in the development of human resources plays an important role in the whole process. However, many domestic private enterprises management system has been unable to keep up with the speed of its development, and all kinds of restrictions on the size of the enterprise system backward, makes staff training is difficult to obtain effective results in many enterprises. In this case, the quality of the staff can not keep up with the development of the enterprises As a matter of need, it seriously restricts the development of the enterprise. Therefore, it is essential for each enterprise to establish a set of training system suitable for its own characteristics.
This paper takes Zhejiang Connaught machinery Limited by Share Ltd as an example, makes an analysis on the system of staff training, through the questionnaire survey, observation and other methods to find out the defects of enterprise employee training system, and combining the knowledge learned, put forward a series of optimization scheme. In the process, the training according to the characteristics of different positions respectively from training plan, training needs analysis, training evaluation and training effect into four aspects of design, and from the organization's internal staff training support, financial support, incentive mechanism and service system and other aspects of the supporting measures to guarantee the optimization scheme to implement. In order to effectively help enterprises to improve the strength of the human resource development and cultivate high-quality talents for the enterprise, but also can be the reference for other enterprises of the same type.
