【摘要】：作為“第三方利潤源泉”,物流配送一直廣受世界各大行業(yè)的重視,許多流通企業(yè)、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)都建立起了專屬的物流配送中心,用來加強(qiáng)自身對客戶的統(tǒng)一管理,提高配送效率,專業(yè)化程度和服務(wù)水平,并借此降低成本。本文所選的醫(yī)藥物流是一個(gè)流通性和時(shí)效性極強(qiáng)的行業(yè),其配送一般具有小批量、多品種、多頻次的特點(diǎn)。但是我國醫(yī)藥物流起步較晚,專業(yè)化程度不高,物流成本高,所以在節(jié)約物流成本上有很大的潛力。隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,各行業(yè)也對物流配送提出了更高的要求。企業(yè)除了需要重視提高物流配送效率和降低成本之外,同樣需要考慮客戶的個(gè)性化要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶滿意度的最大化。本文首先對車輛調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行概述,然后研究了醫(yī)藥物流行業(yè)的配送流程,分析了醫(yī)藥物流行業(yè)的配送特點(diǎn)及存在問題。根據(jù)醫(yī)藥物流行業(yè)時(shí)效性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn),在分析影響客戶滿意度因素的基礎(chǔ)上提出客戶滿意度重要指標(biāo)的模糊隸屬函數(shù),其中主要研究時(shí)間對醫(yī)藥物流車輛調(diào)度的影響。并將客戶時(shí)間滿意度函數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化為時(shí)間懲罰成本函數(shù),建立統(tǒng)一目標(biāo)最小化的車輛調(diào)度模型,目標(biāo)是使運(yùn)輸成本最小和時(shí)間滿意度最大,也就是時(shí)間懲罰成本最小。本文通過對兩個(gè)目標(biāo)賦予不同的權(quán)重來尋求服務(wù)成本與服務(wù)水平的均衡點(diǎn)。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于添加了最大時(shí)間懲罰成本約束條件,使配送車輛的懲罰成本都不能超過最大的時(shí)間懲罰成本,這樣客戶可接受服務(wù)。接下來設(shè)計(jì)了帶有時(shí)間窗的節(jié)約算法對模型進(jìn)行求解,并用一個(gè)案例對該模型的可操作性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,得出了滿意的車輛調(diào)度路線,說明帶時(shí)間窗的節(jié)約算法對解決時(shí)效性強(qiáng)的醫(yī)藥物流行業(yè)的車輛調(diào)度問題有一定的可行性。在針對醫(yī)藥物流配送中心的車輛調(diào)度問題領(lǐng)域,本文的研究成果具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:As a "source of third party profit", logistics distribution has been attached great importance by every major industry in the world. Many circulation enterprises and manufacturing enterprises have set up exclusive logistics distribution centers to strengthen their unified management of customers and improve the efficiency of distribution. The pharmaceutical logistics selected in this paper is an industry with high liquidity and timeliness, and its distribution is generally of small batches, many varieties, The characteristic of multi-frequency. But the medical logistics of our country starts late, the degree of specialization is not high, the logistics cost is high, so there is great potential in saving the cost of logistics. With the development of market economy in our country, Enterprises not only need to pay attention to improving the efficiency of logistics distribution and reducing costs, but also need to consider the individual requirements of customers. To maximize customer satisfaction, this paper first summarizes the vehicle scheduling problem, and then studies the distribution process of the pharmaceutical logistics industry. This paper analyzes the distribution characteristics and existing problems of the pharmaceutical logistics industry. According to the characteristics of the pharmaceutical logistics industry, based on the analysis of the factors affecting customer satisfaction, the fuzzy membership function of the important index of customer satisfaction is put forward. The influence of time on vehicle scheduling in pharmaceutical logistics is mainly studied, and the customer time satisfaction function is transformed into time penalty cost function, and a vehicle scheduling model with uniform goal minimization is established. The goal is to minimize transport costs and maximize time satisfaction, This paper seeks the equilibrium point between service cost and service level by assigning different weights to the two objectives. The innovation of this paper is to add the constraint condition of maximum time penalty cost. So that the penalty cost of the distribution vehicle can not exceed the maximum time penalty cost, so that the customer can accept the service. Then, a saving algorithm with time window is designed to solve the model. The maneuverability of the model is verified by a case, and a satisfactory vehicle scheduling route is obtained. The result shows that the algorithm with time window is feasible to solve the vehicle scheduling problem in pharmaceutical logistics industry. In the field of vehicle scheduling problem for medical logistics distribution center, The research results of this paper have certain reference significance.
