【摘要】：隨著人民生活水平的逐步提高，保健已經(jīng)成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪械闹匾糠�。東北林蛙產(chǎn)品以其豐富的營養(yǎng)價值，優(yōu)異的美容保健功能，與燕窩、熊掌、山參、蟲草、飛龍、鮑魚等大自然的奇珍異寶相比，更具獨特的優(yōu)勢。尤其是東北林蛙的綜合加工更是獨具發(fā)展前景的綠色朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)。以東北林蛙皮、骨等廢棄物生產(chǎn)的膠原蛋白肽產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)業(yè)化，將極大促進東北林蛙膠原蛋白肽在食用、藥用、保健品、飲品及日化產(chǎn)品等方面綜合利用。做好項目的前期可行性研究，對項目的產(chǎn)業(yè)化非常關(guān)鍵。 本文包涵吉林省農(nóng)委“2012年林蛙產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展專項資金”中“東北林蛙膠原蛋白低聚肽的產(chǎn)業(yè)化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的開發(fā)”項目的部分內(nèi)容。本文從東北林蛙膠原蛋白肽項目的實際出發(fā)，運用管理學(xué)的相關(guān)理論，根據(jù)項目特點，綜合應(yīng)用成熟和科學(xué)的項目管理理論和項目產(chǎn)業(yè)化可行性研究的理論和方法，對東北林蛙膠原蛋白肽項目產(chǎn)業(yè)化從項目的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀，到項目的市場定位及風(fēng)險分析等進行了全面的分析論證。研究成果和方法對此類項目具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of people's living standards, health care has become an important part of people's daily life. Northeast Forest Frog products with its rich nutritional value, excellent beauty care function, and bird's nest, bear's paw, mountain ginseng, cordyceps, flying dragon, Compared with abalone and other natural treasures, they have more unique advantages. In particular, the comprehensive processing of forest frogs in Northeast China is a green sunrise industry with unique development prospects. The industrialization of collagen peptide products produced by waste materials such as skin and bone of forest frogs in Northeast China, It will greatly promote the comprehensive utilization of collagen peptide in edible, medicinal, health care, beverage and daily chemical products. The preliminary feasibility study of the project is very important to the industrialization of the project. This paper includes part of the project of "Development of key Technology of industrialization of Collagen Oligopeptide in Northeast Forest Frog" in "2012 Special Fund for Forest Frog Industry Development" of Jilin Provincial Agricultural Committee. This paper starts from the reality of the project of collagen peptide of Rana forest frog in Northeast China. According to the characteristics of the project, applying the mature and scientific theory of project management and the theory and method of the feasibility study of the project industrialization, this paper analyzes the present situation of the project of collagen peptide project industrialization of Rana chensinensis in Northeast China, according to the characteristics of the project. The market orientation and risk analysis of the project are analyzed and demonstrated. The research results and methods can be used for reference to this kind of project.
