大型地面并網(wǎng)光伏電站技術(shù)經(jīng)濟綜合性評價理論研究

【摘要】:隨著化石能源的過度消耗,世界環(huán)境問題日益突出。近年來世界各國政府加大了對可再生能源的投入。太陽能作為一種可再生能源收到了越來越多國家的重視。中國是太陽能資源最豐富的國家之一,太陽能光伏利用正處于起步發(fā)展階段,大力發(fā)展地面并網(wǎng)光伏電站有利于改善我國能源結(jié)構(gòu),有效控制污染,實現(xiàn)社會經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本論文在技術(shù)經(jīng)濟和綜合評價理論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了利用技術(shù)經(jīng)濟指標和綜合評價理論相結(jié)合的方式來評判大型地面并網(wǎng)光伏電站經(jīng)濟性。從我國光伏發(fā)電裝機規(guī)模、發(fā)電成本、發(fā)展趨勢、技術(shù)特點、存在問題等方面,對我國太陽能光伏發(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展進行了總結(jié)和分析。論證了我國大型并網(wǎng)光伏電站正處于高速發(fā)展階段,有必要建立一套能夠全面評估的電站效益評價標準;谏鲜鲈,本論文通過建立技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟和社會三方面指標體系,最終建立大型地面并網(wǎng)光伏電站項目的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟綜合評價體系;通過分析三個目前已經(jīng)投運的大型地面并網(wǎng)光伏電站對所建立的指標體系進行驗證。 在處理評價體系指標權(quán)重時本論文綜合采用了德爾菲法和層次分析法,得出算例中三個光伏電站各項指標權(quán)重并加以比較。研究表明,本文建立的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟、社會三方面綜合評價體系,可以更加直觀、定量的對大型地面并網(wǎng)光伏項目進行投資評價。
[Abstract]:With the excessive consumption of fossil energy, The environmental problems in the world are becoming increasingly prominent. In recent years, governments around the world have increased their investment in renewable energy. Solar energy, as a renewable energy, has received increasing attention from more and more countries. China is one of the countries with the most abundant solar energy resources. The utilization of solar photovoltaic is at the initial stage of development. It is beneficial to improve the energy structure of our country, control pollution effectively and realize the sustainable development of social economy by vigorously developing the ground grid-connected photovoltaic power station. On the basis of technical economy and comprehensive evaluation theory, this paper puts forward a way to evaluate the economy of large-scale ground-based grid-connected photovoltaic power station by combining technical and economic indexes with comprehensive evaluation theory. This paper summarizes and analyzes the development of solar photovoltaic power generation industry in China from the aspects of power generation cost, development trend, technical characteristics and existing problems, and proves that large grid-connected photovoltaic power plants are in a high speed development stage. It is necessary to establish a set of comprehensive evaluation criteria for the benefit of power plants. For the above reasons, this paper establishes a technical, economic and social index system. Finally, the technical and economic comprehensive evaluation system of large-scale terrestrial grid-connected photovoltaic power station project is established, and the index system is verified by analyzing three large-scale terrestrial grid-connected photovoltaic power stations that have been put into operation at present. In dealing with the index weight of the evaluation system, the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are used in this paper to obtain and compare the indexes of three photovoltaic power stations. Three aspects of social comprehensive evaluation system, can be more intuitive, quantitative evaluation of large-scale ground-connected photovoltaic project investment.
